雕花板介紹Aluminum perforated sheet（ART Aluminum perforated sheet）

產品規格：

鋁單板常規厚度：2.0mm、2.5mm、3.0mm。

折邊一般均為20mm 戶外用鋁單板厚度一般選擇2.5mm、3mm；低層和裙樓部分可選擇2.0mm 厚度，室內墻面與吊頂用時可選擇最薄1.0mm 或1.5mm。最基本尺寸為1220mm×2440mm (平板)。成型鋁板的最大尺寸可達1600*4500mm。

適用范圍：

安裝過程：安裝技巧：

一、建筑幕墻鋁單板所用工具：

無齒鋸片切割機、手電鉆、沖擊電鉆、射釘槍、各種規格的鉆花、扳手、螺絲刀、手錘、墨線、線垂、尼龍線、鋼卷尺、電焊機、氧切設備、受動吸盤、電動吊藍、注膠槍、風動拉鉚槍、安全帶等。

二、材料進場前的準備工作：

此部分工作為工程的起始階段，要以為施工服務為原則，按期、保質、保量地完成，具體如下：

（一）設計人員需在合同簽訂后，根據本工程的建筑圖和幕墻工程方案圖，在最短的時間內提出本工程的用料計劃表。

（二）項目經理部與生產部互相配合,依據施工進度計劃表和工程現場的實際情況作出本工程的加工計劃,合理組織、安排生產，保證產品及時到場。

三、安裝工藝流程

放線→固定骨架的連接件→固定骨架→安裝鋁板→收口構造處理→檢驗
