Time of delivery is within 3 month after receipt of the purchase order, down payment or irrevocable confirmed letter of credit, as well as clarification of all technical details. The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance or 18 month from invoice date, whatever occurs first. All faulty components will be repaired or replaced free of charge, except for damages caused by customer's negligence.

The total price includes installation, commissioning of the analytical instrument and a basic training of its operation.

Additional analytical help or training can be quoted if required. The commissioning is completed with an acceptance test, which shall demonstrate the perfect operation of the analytical system. Upon fulfillment of the Spectro specifications of the quoted analytical instrument, the acceptance certificate has to be issued and signed by both parties. In the event of the commissioning being delayed for reasons caused by the purchaser, it is agreed that related payments are payable within 30 days after notification that the goods are ready for installation. Prior to commissioning, the installation requirements for the quoted analytical instrument must be fulfilled by the purchaser. Total time for Installation, training and commissioning is not more than three days.
