此款超聲波清洗機(jī)產(chǎn)品除具備四槽式氣相清洗機(jī)的功能外，在二級超聲波清洗后增設(shè)一個冷浸洗，利用高低溫反差，達(dá)到高密度蒸汽洗，工件洗后不留印跡。適用于高清潔度要求的精密銅件，鋅鋁合金件，五金件的清洗。。
清洗程序
一級超聲波清洗 → 二級超聲波清洗 → 冷浸洗 → 蒸氣浴清洗 → 冷區(qū)干燥 → 溶劑回收
