螺桿空壓機進氣閥工作原理
    對于空壓機電磁閥的一個總的規律就是：電磁閥得電加載，失電卸載。有時候我們的設備有在卸載的情況下出現電流稍微有點大，22KW的卸載時電流有31A。初步懷疑進氣閥沒關嚴，因為在沒用氣的時候，機器卸載后，壓力還會慢慢上升，有時會高壓報警停機！而且在停機后，機器內部還有一些殘余壓力無法卸放（在6公斤左右），導致再次啟動時，主機過載。
    當空壓機進氣閥屬于常開式進氣閥,壓縮機在沒有加載時電磁閥是打開的,壓縮機加載后電磁閥是關閉的.當電磁閥打開時,會有一路氣體去關閉進氣閥,但是不能完全關死,還要保留進氣空間,以維持壓縮機潤滑所需要的最小壓力,這個壓力一般在1.5bar;電磁閥關閉后,壓縮機會進入正常工作狀態,直至到設定的工作壓力,這取決于用戶.該進氣閥有兩路管,一路放空;一路放掉閥中余氣,保證壓縮機正常加載。卸載時,電流過大,說明罐壓較高,進氣閥開度梢大,請調整放空螺釘,保證罐壓不會太高. 
    空壓機停機后,罐壓一般在60秒左右就可以完全排空,即壓力為0.而你的罐壓還有6bar,說明進氣閥放空管路存在問題:1.可能是管路直徑過細;2.組合閥孔口過小或是否雜物堵塞。
    卸載后,壓力會有輕微的來回升高,但這個只是平衡需要,而且時間很短.不會上升到高壓停機.高壓停機應該是空壓機電磁閥存在問題,請檢查它是否完好,是否可以正常工作.不論什么樣的進氣閥,都應當在卸載時維持罐壓在1.0~2.0BAR之間.過高對于空壓機的能量是很大的浪費。

No matter what kind of intake valve, shall be maintained when unloading tank pressure is between 1.0 ~ 2.0 BAR. Too much for the air compressor is a great waste of energy.
