MAM-KY02S螺桿機(jī)運(yùn)行控制器MAM-300是公司開發(fā)出的新一代高科技產(chǎn)品。控制器以微電腦控制器為核心元件具有八個(gè)開關(guān)量輸入、十組模擬量輸入、

10路開關(guān)量(繼電器)輸出、中文液晶顯示(4*12個(gè)漢字/每屏）、S485聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信.相序保存護(hù)功能、用戶能根據(jù)實(shí)際情況設(shè)定用戶參數(shù)等。配備上
位機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)控制軟件，實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控.。我公司技術(shù)人員能根據(jù)用戶需求對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行改進(jìn)以 更好的服務(wù)于用戶。控制器集成功能及說明：

1、 開關(guān)量：8路開關(guān)量輸入，10路繼電器開關(guān)量輸出；
2、 模擬量：二路Pt100溫度輸入，二路4～20mA變送輸入，兩組三相電流輸入（配套    CT）；

3、 控制器工作電源：220V、50Hz、20VA；
4、 顯示量程:　a）、油溫：—20～150℃；。　b）、氣溫：—20～150℃；。　c）、運(yùn)行時(shí)間：0～999999小時(shí)。

                   　d）、電流顯示量程：0～999.9A。　e）、壓力：0～1.60MPa。
5、相序保護(hù)：當(dāng)保護(hù)器檢測到錯(cuò)相時(shí)對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行保存護(hù)；

6、電機(jī)保護(hù)：控制器對(duì)主電機(jī)和風(fēng)扇電機(jī)均具有堵轉(zhuǎn)、短路、缺 　 相、不平衡、過載基本保護(hù)功能；
7、溫度保護(hù)：當(dāng)檢測到的實(shí)際溫度大于設(shè)定溫度時(shí)動(dòng)作；
8、對(duì)油分器、油濾器、空濾器使用狀態(tài)及使用時(shí)間預(yù)警報(bào)警功能；

9、對(duì)電機(jī)具有啟停控制，運(yùn)行控制；

10、RS—485通訊，提供電腦聯(lián)網(wǎng)控制軟件
