MAM-880螺桿機(jī)運(yùn)行控制器是公司開發(fā)出的新一代高科技產(chǎn)品。控制器以微電腦控制器為核心元件具有3個(gè)開關(guān)量輸入、8組 模擬量輸入、

5路開關(guān)量(繼電器)輸出、中文液晶顯示(4*8個(gè)漢字/每屏）、S485聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信.相序保存護(hù)功能、用戶能根據(jù)實(shí)際情況設(shè)定用戶參數(shù)等。配備

上位機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)控制軟件，實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控.。我公司技術(shù)人員能根據(jù)用戶需求對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行改進(jìn)以更好的服務(wù)于用戶。

控制器集成功能及說明： 

1、開關(guān)量：3路開關(guān)量輸入，5路繼電器開關(guān)量輸出。2、模擬量：一路Pt100溫度輸入，一路4～20mA壓力信號(hào)輸入，兩組三相電流輸入（配套CT）。

3、相序輸入電壓：三相380V/220V。4、空壓機(jī)工作電壓過低、過高保護(hù)，過低電壓、過高電壓值可設(shè)置。5、控制器工作電源：AC20V、30VA。

6、顯示量程

①、排氣溫度：-50～150℃；精度：±1℃。②、運(yùn)行時(shí)間：0～999999小時(shí)。

③、電流顯示量程：0～999.9A。④、壓力：0～1.60MPa。精度；0.01Mpa。

6、相序保護(hù)：空壓機(jī)停機(jī)狀態(tài)時(shí)，檢測(cè)到相序錯(cuò)誤，動(dòng)作時(shí)間≤2秒。

7、電機(jī)保護(hù)：控制器對(duì)主電機(jī)有缺相、不平衡、過載保護(hù)功能，對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)有過載保護(hù)功能,  

①、缺相保護(hù)：當(dāng)任何一相電源缺相時(shí),動(dòng)作時(shí)間等于設(shè)定時(shí)間；當(dāng)斷相保護(hù)時(shí)間設(shè)置時(shí)大于20秒時(shí)，缺相保護(hù)不起作用。                  

②、不平衡保護(hù)：任何兩相間電流比值大于不平衡度時(shí),動(dòng)作時(shí)間5秒。                  

③、過載反時(shí)限保護(hù)特性(時(shí)間單位為秒)，倍數(shù)＝I實(shí)／I設(shè)定，當(dāng)電機(jī)運(yùn)行電流大于或等于設(shè)定電流的1.2倍至3.0倍時(shí)按下表的過載倍數(shù)及動(dòng)作時(shí)間延時(shí)動(dòng)作 

8、溫度保護(hù)：當(dāng)檢測(cè)到的實(shí)際溫度大于設(shè)定溫度時(shí),動(dòng)作時(shí)間≤2s。表2.1.1、電機(jī)保護(hù)反時(shí)限曲線表

9、輸出繼電器觸點(diǎn)容量：250V、5A；觸點(diǎn)壽命500000次。10、電流顯示誤差小于1.0%.。

11、RS485通訊接口，可根據(jù)用戶設(shè)置,與別的空壓機(jī)聯(lián)控運(yùn)行,或按MODBUS RTU協(xié)議,做為從機(jī)與外部設(shè)備通信，做從機(jī)時(shí)，波特率9600Bps、1起始位、8數(shù)據(jù)位、1停止位、偶校驗(yàn)。

12、遠(yuǎn)程啟停空壓機(jī):啟停方式設(shè)為遠(yuǎn)程時(shí),用戶可通過遠(yuǎn)程開關(guān),啟停空壓機(jī).13、遠(yuǎn)程、本地啟動(dòng)聯(lián)控功能。
