 壓力傳感器是一種將壓力變量轉(zhuǎn)換為可傳送的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化輸出信號(hào)的計(jì)量器具，而且其輸出信號(hào)與壓力變量之間有一給定的連續(xù)函數(shù)關(guān)系。主要用于工業(yè)過(guò)程壓力參數(shù)的測(cè)量和控制。
  1、確認(rèn)測(cè)量壓力的類(lèi)型。壓力類(lèi)型主要有表壓、絕壓、差壓等;表壓是指以大氣壓力為基準(zhǔn)，小于或大于大氣壓力的壓力;絕壓是指以絕對(duì)壓力零位為基準(zhǔn)，高于絕對(duì)壓力零位的壓力;差壓是指兩個(gè)壓力之間的差值。  2、確認(rèn)待測(cè)壓力范圍。一般情況下，按實(shí)際測(cè)量壓力為壓力傳感器測(cè)量范圍的80%選型。  3、確認(rèn)系統(tǒng)的最大過(guò)載。系統(tǒng)的最大過(guò)載應(yīng)小于壓力傳感器的過(guò)載保護(hù)極限，否則會(huì)影響產(chǎn)品的使用壽命甚至損壞產(chǎn)品。美國(guó)精量壓力傳感器都有2倍測(cè)量范圍的過(guò)載保護(hù)。  4、確認(rèn)準(zhǔn)確度等級(jí)。壓力傳感器的測(cè)量誤差按準(zhǔn)確度等級(jí)進(jìn)行劃分，不同的準(zhǔn)確度對(duì)應(yīng)不同的基本誤差限;實(shí)際應(yīng)用中，根據(jù)測(cè)量誤差的控制要求并本著適用經(jīng)濟(jì)的原則進(jìn)行選型。 

1、測(cè)量范圍光精度高

  測(cè)力傳感器可測(cè)0.01--1000000N的力，精度可達(dá)到0.05%FS以上;壓力傳感器可測(cè)0.1-1000000的壓力，精度可達(dá)到0.1%FS。

2、性能可靠，壽命長(zhǎng)

  如稱(chēng)重式機(jī)械杠桿稱(chēng)，由于杠桿、刀口等部分互相摩擦產(chǎn)生損耗和變形，欲長(zhǎng)期保持其精度是相當(dāng)困難的，采用電阻應(yīng)變式稱(chēng)重傳感器制成的電子泵、汽車(chē)衡、軌道衡等，能在惡劣的環(huán)境條件下長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定工作。

3、頻率響應(yīng)特性極好
