3、主機正常運行時潤滑油形成的油膜使螺桿與螺桿之間不直接接觸。螺桿空壓機主機需要進行大修的原因:隨著空壓機運行時間的推移,主機各個軸承必然會發生磨損,從而導致螺桿產生軸向竄動及徑向位移增大,該變化會讓螺桿與螺桿之間、螺桿與主機殼體及前后端面之間的間隙發生變化。這些間隙變化在軸承壽命期限內是正常的、允許的,而由此產生的空壓機產氣量衰減及主電機負荷增加也是正常的、允許的。隨著機組運行時間接近主機大修期,主機軸承的壽命逐漸趨進于最大允許時限。此時螺桿軸向和徑向竄動量逐漸趨進于最大設計允許值,該變化會讓螺桿與螺桿之間、螺桿與主機殼體及前后端面之間的間隙發生較大的變化。此時主機運行雖然仍然是安全的,但是已經到了必須考慮計劃安排對主機進行大修的時候了。因為一旦機組運行時間越過大修期后,軸承磨損及主機配合間隙就到達了主機技術條件允許的極限值,此時的主機就處于不安全的運行狀態,就隨時有可能發生如下嚴重后果:
1、主機運行負荷增大,對主電機及電器系統造成危害主機螺桿之間、螺桿與前后端面之間、螺桿與主機殼體之間可能出現的的強烈磨擦會使得主機運行負荷急劇增加,另外嚴重磨損的軸承的運轉負荷也是很大的。如此一來,電機就會處
于超負荷的工作狀態,會嚴重地危及電機的安全運行。情況嚴重的話,如果空壓機組的電器保護裝置反應不靈敏或失效,則還可能導致電機燒毀。
2、空壓機排氣量會發生較大幅度的衰減。主機配合間隙增大會導致主機效率嚴重降低,即空壓機排氣量產生較大幅度的衰減,對用氣單位的正常生產造成一定的影響。特別是對那些空壓機排氣量配置富裕量較小的用戶,由于空壓機排氣量衰減,在用氣系統用氣量相對穩定的情況下,管網壓縮空氣壓力就會降低很多,就可能出現用氣系統設備等不能正常工作或根本無法工作,從而出現影響單位正常生產或導致暫時性的停產,給企業帶來損失。
3、最嚴重的后果就是出現主機的突然“抱死”。一旦出現這樣的情況,如果電器保護系統反應不及時或保護失效,同樣可能給主電機和電器系統帶來嚴重的損害。
