 假性藥由淀粉與西地那非(“偉哥”主要成分)按照一定比例混合調(diào)配加工而成,而所謂的抗生素藥實際為純淀粉。廣州警方昨天通報稱,近期一舉鏟除了一個特大制販假藥犯罪網(wǎng)絡(luò),連續(xù)打掉制售假藥團伙2個,搗毀生產(chǎn)加工假藥的地下窩點5個,抓獲嫌疑人17名,現(xiàn)場查扣各類涉嫌假冒品牌性藥154萬粒。

    調(diào)查表明,制售假藥團伙其中一個窩點每天出貨量就達10萬粒,一年多來數(shù)個窩點共生產(chǎn)假藥超1億粒。據(jù)稱,該案是近兩年來廣州警方破獲的數(shù)量最大的假藥生產(chǎn)案。

    數(shù)量驚人

    一個窩點日出貨量10萬粒

    今年8月,廣州市公安局食品藥品犯罪偵查支隊接到群眾舉報線索稱,白云區(qū)龍歸永興村一帶有人大肆生產(chǎn)假性藥。辦案民警摸排后發(fā)現(xiàn)永興村某民房整日大門緊鎖,幾乎每天早晚都有疑似藥品包裝材料和成品出入且出入人員行蹤詭秘。經(jīng)調(diào)查,該窩點確為假藥的生產(chǎn)窩點且每天的出貨量令人咋舌,達到10萬粒,民警循線追蹤,進一步查清了偽造買賣假冒性藥源頭。

    8月18日,專案組抽調(diào)30余名警力,兵分兩路,對永興村的兩個假藥地下生產(chǎn)窩點進行突擊查處,現(xiàn)場查扣假冒性藥53萬粒、半成品和成品無品牌膠囊260萬粒以及淀粉、制假機器等物品一大批,現(xiàn)場抓獲窩點老板張某剛等7名嫌疑人。同時,辦案民警發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場還有2830片抗生素類藥物阿莫西林。

    廣州市食藥監(jiān)局對查扣性藥檢驗后認(rèn)定為假藥,對現(xiàn)場查獲的抗生素藥進行檢驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中無任何相關(guān)藥用成分,認(rèn)定為假藥。

通過對張某剛制假窩點的包裝原料和藥粉原材料來源進行調(diào)查,辦案民警發(fā)現(xiàn),張某剛的假藥原料及銷售客戶均來自一名韋姓女子。

    9月21日,專案組果斷采取抓捕行動,一舉鏟除了該團伙位于廣州白云區(qū)江高、嘉禾等地的3個假藥生產(chǎn)窩點,抓獲韋某美等涉案人員10名,現(xiàn)場查扣各類品牌性藥約100萬粒,藥片、膠囊半成品約40萬粒,紅黃膠囊殼30萬粒,西地那非藥粉原料2桶以及藥粉原料、制假包裝材料、生產(chǎn)機器等物品一批。經(jīng)廣州市食藥監(jiān)局檢驗,現(xiàn)場查扣的品牌性藥沒有國家藥字號批文,認(rèn)定為假藥。
