金剛砂耐磨地坪基礎(chǔ)要求
◇ 基層混凝土強(qiáng)度要求達(dá)到C25以上，水灰比控制在0.50以下，混凝土坍落差應(yīng)控制在70-100mm，混凝土拌合物盡量減少離析并對(duì)泌水有所控制；
◇ 為了確保混凝土拌合物有足夠流動(dòng)性及利于施工，建議混凝土加適當(dāng)外加劑。
◇ 基層混凝土應(yīng)參照優(yōu)良混凝土的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行澆筑和振實(shí)，注意尺寸精確并減少浮漿產(chǎn)生。
◇ 硬化劑表面最好同混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)層同時(shí)施工，如須同找平層同時(shí)施工，建議找平層混凝土采用細(xì)石混凝土，厚度不低于50mm，并考慮配置伸縮鋼筋網(wǎng)。
◇ 特別注意基層混凝土施工塊的邊角部位，保證該處混凝土振搗密實(shí)，并應(yīng)采取額外加強(qiáng)處理。
