操作環(huán)鏈電動(dòng)葫蘆時(shí)的使用規(guī)則：

1、使用前必須對鏈條、吊鉤、吊銷等部件進(jìn)行檢查，確認(rèn)機(jī)件完好無損后，方可使用。
2、使用時(shí)，必須確認(rèn)被提升貨物不超過產(chǎn)品額定起重量，也不能用兩臺(tái)產(chǎn)品同時(shí)提升一種物品。
3、提升物品時(shí)，起重鏈條應(yīng)自然垂直懸掛，不得斜吊，雙行起重鏈條產(chǎn)品，下吊鉤嚴(yán)禁在兩行鏈中翻轉(zhuǎn)，重物提升高度不得超過額定起重高度。
4、提升物品時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁工作人員在重物下面做任何工作或行走。

我們建議廣大的操作者，為了減少對電動(dòng)葫蘆造成不必要的損壞，請您在每次使用完畢后保持產(chǎn)品清潔，妥善保管，防止受潮、腐蝕。每年應(yīng)由熟悉產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)人員，用煤油清洗機(jī)件，在齒輪與軸承部分加黃油潤滑，減速器內(nèi)重新更換機(jī)械油產(chǎn)品的制動(dòng)部件在出廠時(shí)以調(diào)整合理，不允許隨意改變。檢修完成后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行空載和負(fù)載試驗(yàn)，確認(rèn)正常后方可使用。
