我們提供一套螺桿壓縮機(jī)的維修工具及中文操作手冊(cè)。所有的設(shè)備在運(yùn)輸前已經(jīng)充分的測(cè)試并加滿(mǎn)了潤(rùn)滑油。
The spare part for screw compressor need to change is the Air filter, Oil filter, Oil and Gas Separation
filter, Oil of screw compressor. And the pipe filter core. After the machine first run for 500~1000 hours, need to change 1 Air filter, 2 Oil filter, 1 Oil and Gas Separation filter, and 140L Oil of screw compressor for screw compressor at the same time. And then After the machine run for 3000~4000 hours, need to change 1 Air filter, 2 Oil filter, 1 Oil and Gas Separation filter, and 140L Oil of screw compressor for screw compressor at the same time. for full set, also need to change pipe filer core each 8000 hours later.
螺桿式壓縮機(jī)在首次運(yùn)行500-1000小時(shí)后，需要更換1空濾芯、2油濾芯、1油分芯及專(zhuān)用油。220KW空壓機(jī)需要更換140L專(zhuān)用油。以后運(yùn)行3000-4000小時(shí)需要更換1空濾芯、2油濾芯、1油分芯及專(zhuān)用油。8000 小時(shí)后需要更換管路過(guò)濾器。
