1 主要結構

我公司生產得多功能切菜機采用螺旋刀盤切割，切面光滑，厚薄均勻，切面組織新鮮、不破壞纖維組織，切片尺寸可調，孔徑大小可定做。
機器外表美觀大方，整機采用不銹鋼制作，操作方便產量高,可以相當于減輕幾個人的勞動力，大大降低了勞動成本，切片范圍1-7mm,切片的厚度可調，而且用途廣泛，可以切肉蓯蓉，蘋果、梨子，檸檬，香蕉、藕、苦瓜、黃瓜、土豆、紅薯、茄子等需要切圓圈片的蔬菜和水果。
主要有機架、旋轉刀盤、傳動部分、電機、出料口等組成，適于體積中等、呈長條圓柱狀的物料（如淮山、蓮藕、木薯、紅薯（地瓜）、蘿卜）的切片。本機與農產品接觸部位均采用不銹鋼材料制作，保證長期工作不銹、不蝕、無毒、無害，符合食品加工機械衛生要求。
安裝、調試：
使用前將機器放置在干燥、通風的水平地面上，確保機器工作平穩、可靠。使用前對各部位進行檢查，緊固件是否在運輸途中松動，開關及電源線是否因運輸而破損，料斗或料盒內是否有異物。檢查電源電壓是否與本機使用電壓相符合。將電源軟線伸長，把帶有接地符號的黃綠線芯可靠接地，把其余三條線芯（配置單相電動機時為兩條）分別接到開啟式負荷開關（閘刀開關）斷開時的引出端子上。工作前打開前門，用手撥動轉盤觀察是否有磕碰刀具的現象，如果有則將轉盤上的緊定螺栓松開，稍微向外移動轉盤，然后緊固緊定螺栓。閉合開啟式負荷開關，啟動開啟按鈕，視切刀運轉方向是否正確，從入料口觀察逆時針轉動為正確，否則調整電源線，待切刀運轉方向正確后空載試運轉，各部位無異常方可試機。
