    葉片泵的工作原理及結構一、雙葉片泵的工作原理

    1、定子(內腔型線):

    1)兩段長半徑圓弧

    2)兩段短半徑圓弧

    3)四段過渡曲線

    2、轉子:

    有若干葉槽,內有葉片。旋轉時,葉片受離心力及液壓力作用下,外頂定子內壁,并在槽內往復滑動。

    3、配油盤:

    在定子和轉子兩側,盤上有兩對吸、排口,在定子、轉子、葉片和配油盤之間形成若干個工作空間。

    葉片由短轉向長半徑時,葉片間v增大,p降低,經配油盤吸油。葉片由長向短半徑時,葉片間v減小,經配油盤的排出口排油。當葉片位于密封區時,正好將吸、排口隔開,葉片間v不變,沒有困油問題。轉子轉一周,每工作v都吸、排兩次(雙作用泵)。

    二、單作用葉片泵的工作原理

    定子內腔型線是圓,轉子軸與定子偏心。逆時針回轉時,工作v右半轉增大,左半轉v 減小。從兩側配油盤的吸、排口吸排油。

    兩相鄰葉片轉到吸、排油口間的密封區時,所接觸定子曲線不是與轉子同心的圓弧。密封區的圓心角略大于相鄰葉片所占圓心角。

    葉間工作v 先略有增大,然后略有縮小,會產生困油現象,但不太嚴重。通過在排出口邊緣開三角形卸荷槽的方法即可解決。

    定子、轉子和軸承受徑向力作用,屬非卸荷式葉片泵。工作p不宜太高,q的均勻性也比雙作用差。

    移動定子可改變偏心的方向及大小,可做成n恒定而q可變的雙向或單向的無級變量泵。其中用得較多的是限壓式變量葉片泵。

    葉片泵轉子旋轉時,葉片在離心力和壓力油的作用下,尖部緊貼在定子內表面上。這樣兩個葉片與轉子和定子內表面所構成的工作容積,先由小到大吸油后再由大到小排油,葉片旋轉一周時,完成兩次吸油與排油。

    泵由轉子1、定子2、葉片3、配油盤和端蓋等部件所組成。定子的內表面是圓柱形孔。轉子和定子之間存在著偏心。葉片在轉子的槽內可靈活滑動,在轉子轉動時的離心力以及通入葉片根部壓力油的作用下,葉片頂部貼緊在定子內表面上,于是兩相鄰葉片、配油盤、定子和轉子間便形成了一個個密封的工作腔。當轉子按逆時針方向旋轉時,圖右側的葉片向外伸出,密封工作腔容積逐漸增大,產生真空,于是通過吸油口6和配油盤5上窗口將油吸入。而在圖的左側。葉片往里縮進,密封腔的容積逐漸縮小,密封腔中的油液經配油盤另一窗口和壓油口1被壓出而輸出到系統中去。這種泵在轉子轉一轉過程中,吸油壓油各一次,故稱單作用泵。轉子受到徑向液壓不平衡作用力,故又稱非平衡式泵,其軸承負載較大。改變定子和轉子間的偏心量,便可改變泵的排量,故這種泵都是變量泵。

    雙作用葉片泵的瞬時流量是脈動的,當葉片數為4的倍數時脈動率小。為此,雙作用葉片泵的葉片數一般都取12或16。

    它的作用原理和單作用葉片泵相似,不同之處只在于定子表面是由兩段長半徑圓弧、兩段短半徑圓弧和四段過渡曲線八個部分組成,且定子和轉子是同心的。在圖示轉子順時針方向旋轉的情況下,密封工作腔的容積在左上角和右下角處逐漸增大,為吸油區,在左下角和右上角處逐漸減小,為壓油區;吸油區和壓油區之間有一段封油區把它們隔開。這種泵的轉子每轉一轉,每個密封工作腔完成吸油和壓油動作各兩次,所以稱為雙作用葉片泵。泵的兩個吸油區和兩個壓油區是徑向對稱的,作用在轉子上的液壓力徑向平衡,所以又稱為平衡式葉片泵。 
    雙作用葉片泵的瞬時流量是脈動的,當葉片數為4的倍數時脈動率小。為此,雙作用葉片泵的葉片數一般都取12或16。
