1.概述

1. Introduction 

磁選管又名戴維斯管。它適用于選煤、礦山、冶金、地質等實驗室。用來測定強磁性礦石的磁性成分含量，為礦石的分選提供參考數據。

Magnetic tube is also called Davis tube, applied to coal preparation, mine, metallurgy, geology and other laboratories, used to measure the content of magnetic ingredient in the ferromagnetic ore. It supplies reference data for sorting of ore.  

本磁選管設備是在傳統國標型磁選管基礎上的改進產品，在測量原理及使用方法步驟等方面完全嚴格的按照國家標準執行。其間對設備的整體結構及操作控制部分進行了創新升級。設備整體采用了新型車式結構設計，外形美觀大方，移動靈活，使用方便。核心控制器采用計算機控制技術，全智能操控，可在測量時對磁場強度進行一鍵式全自動測量，并對磁場強度進行全數字化直接顯示，操作簡單，顯示直觀。磁場輸出采用激磁控制模塊，磁場強度無級線性調節，測量準確、運行可靠。為了保證測量的準確性，每一臺磁選管均在出廠前做了磁場強度的標定，完全符合《選煤用磁鐵礦粉實驗方法》（GB/T18711-2002第七節）對實驗設備的要求。

 magnetic tube is the product improved based on CXG magnetic tube. It adopts new controllable power supply and excitation control to directly indicate the magnetic field intensity number. The magnetic field intensity is steplessly and linearly regulated and the key spare parts are greatly improved, so that it is more reasonable in structure, convenient in operation, accurate in measurement and reliable in operation. In order to guarantee accurateness of measurement, each magnetic tube is subject to calibration of magnetic field intensity, and fully conforms to requirement of experimental method of Magnetite for Coal Preparation (GB/T18711-2002 section 7) on experimental equipment.
