功能及特點：

1.立式浸膠機可對7628、2116、1080等電子級玻璃布、氈、紙進行連續浸漬、干燥、收卷或剪切。可浸漬FR—4、CEM—1、CEM—3環等半固化片。

2、立式浸膠機采用遠紅外涂層熱油板輻射、電熱板輻射加熱，左中右多點溫度控制，使的半固化片左右凝膠化時間≤2.5S。PP表面平整、無雜質、氣泡等現象。

3.立式浸膠機計量輥控制精度高，運動精度≤0.002mm，直線精度≤0.001mm/m.浸漬后的半固化片公差范圍符合國際標準。

4.立式浸膠機高精度張力控制，全線張力值≤25daN

Functions and Features:
