IACC圖形組態(tài)工具軟件包
IACC提供了強(qiáng)大完整的軟件組態(tài)環(huán)境,用于控制策略的設(shè)計(jì)和修改,顯示畫(huà)面的創(chuàng)建以及I/A Series?系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)組態(tài)。
I/A Series組態(tài)軟件(IACC),利用其豐富的、直觀靈活的組態(tài)工具,為項(xiàng)目的工程實(shí)施和終身的維護(hù)帶來(lái)強(qiáng)大的生產(chǎn)力和質(zhì)量保證。開(kāi)發(fā)控制策略圖表(CSD)的第一步便是從粘帖板拖出一個(gè)I/A Series的功能塊,然后放到編輯面板上。通過(guò)連線將源功能塊的輸出參數(shù)和下游功能塊的輸入?yún)?shù)連接起來(lái),便可將這些功能塊組成一控制回路。在使用每個(gè)功能塊的屬性表來(lái)完成每個(gè)參數(shù)的分配后,CSD便告完成。
其它:
*所有的系統(tǒng)組件都采用全密閉的結(jié)構(gòu)。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線組件(FBM)是I/A 系統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)I/O的接口組件,全密閉的組件可直接現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝,為電廠節(jié)省大量的電纜費(fèi)用和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工費(fèi)用;
*現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線組件(FBM)分模擬量和數(shù)字量類型,模擬量組件為8點(diǎn)/塊,數(shù)字量組件為16點(diǎn)/塊;
*所有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線組件(FBM)均為通道隔離型,模擬量組件為點(diǎn)—點(diǎn)隔離,數(shù)字量組件為對(duì)—對(duì)隔離。
*DEH-C400閥位控制組件(帶P.I調(diào)節(jié)) 汽輪機(jī)控制專用
*DEH-D400閥位驅(qū)動(dòng)組件(400mA驅(qū)動(dòng)輸出) 汽輪機(jī)控制專用
