1、關閉減壓閥前的閘閥,開啟減壓閥后的閘閥,制造下游低壓環境;
2、將調節螺釘
按逆時針旋轉至最上位置(相對最di出口壓力),然后關閉減壓閥后閘閥;
3、慢慢開啟減壓閥前的閘閥至全開;
4、順時針慢慢旋轉調節螺釘,將出口壓力調至所需要的壓力(以閥后表壓為準);調整好后,將鎖緊
螺母鎖緊,打開減壓閥后閘閥;
5、如在調整時出口壓力高于設定壓力,須從第一步開始重新調整,即只能從低壓向高壓調。
主要作用
減壓閥的作用原理是靠閥內流道對水流的局部阻力降低水壓,水壓降的范圍由連接閥瓣的薄膜或活塞兩側的進出口水壓差自動調節。定比減壓原理是利用閥體中浮動活塞的水壓比控制,進出口端減壓比與進出口側活塞面積比成反比。這種減壓閥工作平穩無振動;閥體內無彈簧,故無彈簧銹蝕、金屬疲勞失效之慮;密封性能良好不滲漏,因而既減動壓(水流動時)又減靜壓(流量為0時);特別是在減壓的同時不影響水流量。
