一、產(chǎn)品用途

毛刷清洗機(jī)又稱輥刷清洗機(jī)，適用于橘子，胡蘿卜、土豆等各種根莖類蔬菜去皮清洗。采用食品級(jí)毛刷輸送和清洗，利用旋轉(zhuǎn)刷配高壓噴淋，清洗效果好，能徹底清洗果蔬表面的污漬。去皮清洗機(jī)根據(jù)果蔬加工需求設(shè)計(jì)的用于圓形、長形果蔬的刷洗去皮等工作。適用于胡蘿卜、白蘿卜、土豆、紅薯、蘋果、桔子、元蔥、山藥、辣根、生姜等根莖類物料的清洗去皮。具有清洗有效容積大、效率高，節(jié)水，可連續(xù)清洗，操作簡單，使用壽命長等特點(diǎn)，刷輥材料經(jīng)特殊工藝處理，經(jīng)久耐用，耐磨性能好。 物料倒入清洗機(jī)內(nèi)，在高壓水流和毛刷滾動(dòng)的作用下，被充分打散、翻滾、摩擦、清洗。從物料表面洗脫的泥沙皮屑直接隨水流的沖洗落入設(shè)備集塵箱，經(jīng)過大口徑管道排出。
