一、產品用途

毛刷清洗機又稱輥刷清洗機，適用于橘子，胡蘿卜、土豆等各種根莖類蔬菜去皮清洗。采用食品級毛刷輸送和清洗，利用旋轉刷配高壓噴淋，清洗效果好，能徹底清洗果蔬表面的污漬。去皮清洗機根據果蔬加工需求設計的用于圓形、長形果蔬的刷洗去皮等工作。適用于胡蘿卜、白蘿卜、土豆、紅薯、蘋果、桔子、元蔥、山藥、辣根、生姜等根莖類物料的清洗去皮。具有清洗有效容積大、效率高，節水，可連續清洗，操作簡單，使用壽命長等特點，刷輥材料經特殊工藝處理，經久耐用，耐磨性能好。 物料倒入清洗機內，在高壓水流和毛刷滾動的作用下，被充分打散、翻滾、摩擦、清洗。從物料表面洗脫的泥沙皮屑直接隨水流的沖洗落入設備集塵箱，經過大口徑管道排出。
