一、 設備簡介：

呼吸式真空滾揉機采用臥式、固定支架，結構緊湊。適用于西式香腸、火腿、培根、烤肉以及傳統中式禽類、醬鹵類、休閑類肉食品的腌制加工。

1、具有連續真空功能。可以選擇真空滾揉機（固定真空度）和呼吸滾揉（真空常壓交替變化）兩種情況：配備真空表實時顯示滾揉桶內真空度。

2、客戶可以選配采用變頻無級調速，速度范圍1-7轉;可以選擇好的加工工藝，提高生產效率；節約能耗；啟動平穩，降低機器啟動時的沖擊，延長設備使用壽命。選擇低速功能適用多種滾揉易變形產品，特別是禽類和漁產品。

3、完善的加料和卸料解決方案。真空吸料口可兼作輔料添加口。

4、高標準的衛生設計。整機采用SUS304質量好的不銹鋼材料；滾揉桶內部精細拋光，無衛生死角，卸料裝置能徹底排水。

5、 可選的V型和單片型槳葉，不同的滾揉力度，適應不同的產品。

6 采用玉環真空泵，配置真空管路過濾器，選用高品質真空傳感器，提高真空系統的可靠性

二、 選配功能件：移動式翻轉裝料機

適用于大塊牛肉或者禽類產品、水產類產品等不適宜進行真空吸料的原料，進行裝料操作。可以直接配合標準200L料車
