不銹鋼金屬管材內(nèi)外焊縫整平機(jī)械設(shè)備是專用用于壓平焊縫余高的設(shè)備。設(shè)備通過(guò)芯棒和模具的作用，對(duì)管材進(jìn)行焊縫處理，外部焊縫由模具進(jìn)行碾軋，內(nèi)部焊縫由芯棒進(jìn)行被動(dòng)擠壓，來(lái)回往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將管材焊縫壓平，與母材平滑過(guò)渡，使管材達(dá)到無(wú)縫管效果。

Internal & external weld seam flattening & leveling mechanical equipment of stainless steel metal pipe is specially used for flattening weld reinforcement. Through the function of mandrel and mould, the equipment processes the weld of pipe, the external weld is rolled by mould, the internal weld is passively extruded by mandrel, and it moves back and forth to flatten the weld of pipe and smoothly transition with base metal, so that the pipe can achieve seamless pipe effect.
