EchoMAX–永不錯過!
EchoMAX提供了可靠重復成像的A-SCAN最佳顯示效果。模擬設備可顯示每次A-SCAN測量,但由于CRT的亮度,特別是在陽光下或低重復頻率應用中,觀察缺陷變得非常困難。早期的數(shù)字糾錯探測器可輕松地解決亮度的問題,但不能顯示每個超聲波測量的A-SCAN圖像。
這一問題存在的原因是顯示屏的刷新率不能與超聲波系統(tǒng)的脈沖重復頻率(PRF)同步。因而設備不一定會顯示含有缺陷的A-SCAN圖像。這也使得操作員對校正標準的設定難以進行,特別是在類似于管道整體檢查的旋轉(zhuǎn)測試中。如果不能看到缺陷的最大重復反應,操作員就不能在測試速度下通過缺陷標準時,調(diào)整增益和門設置。

多路A-SCAN
