一、概述
YD-1000C型里氏硬度計是一種新型的手持式、多功能動態(tài)硬度測試儀器,它采用了最先進的微處理器技術(shù)設(shè)計而成。
YD-1000C型里氏硬度計具有測試精度高、性能穩(wěn)定可靠、體積小、操作容易、攜帶方便、測量范圍寬等特點,適用于金屬材料的快速硬度測試,特別適宜對大型零部件及不可拆卸部件的現(xiàn)場硬度測試。它能把測得的里氏值根據(jù)不同材料、不同方向自動轉(zhuǎn)換成布氏、洛氏、維氏、肖氏等硬度值并打印記錄,是一種較理想的硬度測試儀器。

測量精度:在同一測量范圍內(nèi),多次試驗值的平均測量誤差,不大于±0.8%(相對于800±50HL范圍內(nèi))。自動換算成布氏(HB)、洛氏(HRC、HRB)、維氏(HV)硬度值時,其測量誤差為±3%~±12.5%,換算成肖氏(HSD)硬度值時,其測量誤差為±1.5%~±4.5%。

3. 主要功能

4. 沖擊裝置
本硬度計可配置5種不同的沖擊裝置,其中D型為基本型,
其余4種可應(yīng)用于特殊場合的硬度測試。
·沖擊裝置D:用于大部分硬度檢測。
·沖擊裝置DC:用于非常局促地方(孔內(nèi)、圓柱筒內(nèi))的硬度檢測。
·沖擊裝置D+15:用于溝內(nèi)或凹入的表面硬度檢測。
·沖擊裝置C:用于表面硬化了的部件,表面覆蓋層,薄壁的硬度檢測。
