一、概述
DJ-6（B）型電火花檢漏儀檢測厚度:0.05～10mm，輸出電壓:0.5kv～30kv,是用于檢測金屬防腐涂層質(zhì)量的專用儀器，使用本儀器可以對不同厚度的搪玻璃、玻璃鋼、環(huán)氧煤瀝青和橡膠襯里等涂層，進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢測。當(dāng)防腐層有質(zhì)量問題時，如出現(xiàn)針孔、氣泡、裂隙和裂紋，儀器將發(fā)出明亮的電火花，同時聲音報警。由于是用蓄電池供電，故特別適用于野外作業(yè)。該儀器設(shè)計先進(jìn)，穩(wěn)定可靠，可廣泛用于化工、石油、橡膠、搪瓷行業(yè)，是用來檢測金屬防腐涂層質(zhì)量的必備工具。

檢測原理及結(jié)構(gòu)簡述：
    檢測原理：電火花檢漏儀是通過對各種導(dǎo)電基體防腐層表面加一定量的脈沖高壓，如因防腐層過薄，漏金屬或有漏氣針孔，當(dāng)脈沖高壓經(jīng)過時，就形成氣隙擊穿而產(chǎn)生火花放電，同時給報警電路送去一脈沖信號，使報警器發(fā)出聲音報警，從而達(dá)到對防腐層檢測之目的。

The testing principle and structure:
