PXUT-T3型全數(shù)字智能超聲波探傷儀
PXUT-T3型全數(shù)字智能超聲波探傷儀，是南通友聯(lián)研制的世界上最小的超聲波探傷儀，采用國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先半反半透、高對比度TFT彩色觸摸顯示屏，強(qiáng)光及光線不足的環(huán)境下探傷畫面均清晰可見，觸摸屏和按鍵兩種操作方式任意選擇。該款儀器體積小巧、操作簡便，是一款性能優(yōu)異、操作環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)的掌上型超聲波探傷儀。
功能和特點(diǎn)：
● 觸摸屏與按鍵兩種方式操作。使用其中任意一種方式都可以獨(dú)立完成探傷等操作，也可以兩種方式交互使用，以滿足使用者的操作習(xí)慣。
● 全球最輕，僅225g(含電池)，雙電池配置，電池更換像手機(jī)，方便快捷。
● 國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先半反半透、高對比度TFT彩色液晶顯示器，不管是在強(qiáng)光還是光線不足的環(huán)境下，探傷畫面始終清晰可見，適應(yīng)各種操作環(huán)境。
● 可存儲(chǔ)1200幅回波信號(hào)和探傷數(shù)據(jù)，通過USB接口將儀器的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)存，以及動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)回放功能。
● 具有回波包洛、峰值記憶、DAC門、曲面修正及門內(nèi)展寬、裂紋測高等功能。
● 具有B掃描功能，可顯示工件缺陷形狀，完備的焊縫和工件剖面顯示，使探傷結(jié)果更直觀，衰減誤差值為12dB±1dB。
● 頻譜分析功能，FFT／IFFT處理器設(shè)計(jì)，對探頭性能實(shí)現(xiàn)可靠檢測。
● 進(jìn)波門和失波門讀數(shù)及報(bào)警，門位、門寬、門高任意可調(diào)。
