M系列掃查架主要與PXUT－900、PXUT－910型便攜式TOFD檢測儀配合使用，可組合成多種構(gòu)型適應(yīng)現(xiàn)場各類工件的掃查檢測需求；也可掛裝各類編碼器，與業(yè)界已采用的各型TOFD檢測儀配套使用。

M系列掃查架采用鋁合金材質(zhì)制造，體積小，重量輕，特別適用于復(fù)雜的檢測現(xiàn)場。磁性輪與彈力耦合特點(diǎn)保證了掃查圖像的穩(wěn)定性。本系列掃查器可對直徑小至60mm的管道環(huán)焊縫實(shí)施檢測。

MH－AL4－300型掃查架為手動掃查架，主梁寬度300mm，也可選配加長橫梁，所配編碼器的長度分辨率為0.25mm；可安裝4只探頭，分為兩組TOFD通道實(shí)施檢測，可滿足100mm以內(nèi)壁厚工件的焊縫探傷要求。本掃查架不僅用于平板及球罐焊縫的檢測，也可對管道縱焊縫和環(huán)焊縫實(shí)施檢測。檢測環(huán)焊縫時，可檢最小管徑為100mm。

M series scanning frame made of aluminum alloymanufacture, small volume, light weight, especially suitable for the detection of complex scene. The magnetic wheel and elastic coupling ensures the stability of thescanning images. The scanner can weld pipe of diameter as small as 60mm test.
