產(chǎn)品介紹:
1、鍍金純銀樣品槽,耐腐蝕抗氧化,最大升溫速率8℃/s,平均升溫速率7℃/s,最大降溫速率5.5℃/s,平均降溫速率4.5℃/s;
2、采用先進(jìn)智能的RAC(Ramping-Accuracy-Control)電子溫控技術(shù),在提高PCR反應(yīng)速度的同時還提高了PCR反應(yīng)的穩(wěn)定性;
3、采用具有25年制造經(jīng)驗的瑞士高端PT100傳感器,配合先進(jìn)的電子元件能為PCR儀帶來±0.1 ℃的溫度準(zhǔn)確性,優(yōu)異的溫度準(zhǔn)確性帶來優(yōu)異的溫度均一性±0.15℃。此外,樣品槽實際溫度與設(shè)定溫度相比,沒有溫度過沖或下沖的現(xiàn)象,可為用戶提供穩(wěn)定可靠的PCR擴(kuò)增結(jié)果;
4、溫度梯度功能:最大溫度跨度40℃,可設(shè)12列不同溫度,能實現(xiàn)線性溫度梯度和隨機(jī)溫度梯度兩種方式;
5、快速的模塊更換(Quick Block Exchange,QBE)技術(shù),用戶可在幾秒鐘內(nèi)完成樣品模塊的更換,不需要任何額外的工具。儀器會自動識別樣品模塊的類型,并提供相應(yīng)的功能;
6、具有先進(jìn)的用戶管理系統(tǒng)(Advanced User Management,AUM),根據(jù)使用權(quán)限不同,可將用戶分成三個賬戶等級,每個用戶賬戶可設(shè)置密碼,方便用戶信息的管理,并保護(hù)用戶信息的安全;

14、一鍵式的開蓋方式,只需單個手指就可打開蓋子,操作方便。蓋子打開后會自動彈開至90度并鎖定,既方便樣品取放,又不會因意外翻下來而燙傷或刮傷操作者,使用安全。熱蓋施壓均勻,溫度最高可達(dá) 110°C,有效防止樣品蒸發(fā)。
