【摘要】熱塑成型也叫吸塑，采用吸塑成型機將軟化的塑料硬片吸附于模具表面，冷卻后，形成凹凸形狀的塑料。熱塑成型機的主要工序之一就是片（板）材加熱，關系到軟化再吸塑是否可以良好貼合模具，所以對其溫度的控制是實現工藝穩定的關鍵。

本文中，機型采用紅外加熱,溫度均勻、效率高。從PLC直接作PID運算提升到溫度專用控制器，DT3為溫度控制核心，減輕PLC計算量，提高了加熱關鍵工序的控制效果。利用DT3配置的電流檢測模塊，紅外加熱片的日常維護檢測極為方便，提高了工作效率。
【Abstract】Thermoplastic molding is also called the plastic, the plastic molding machine will make softening plastic plate adsorbs on the surface of mold, cooling, forming a concave convex shape plastic. One of the main processes of thermoplastic molding machine is sheet (plate) material heating, related to the softening and plastic can be well fit the mold, so the control of the temperature is the key to realize the process stability.
In this paper, models using infrared heating, temperature uniformity and high efficiency. Directly from the PLC PID operation to the temperature controller, DT3, as the temperature control core, reduce the PLC computation and improve the control effect of heating key process. Using the current detection module of DT3, the daily maintenance and detection of infrared heating plate is very convenient, work efficiency improves.
