       TRGK 系列高壓鼠籠電機電抗軟起動器是用于額定電壓3～10KV的大中型鼠籠式電機或同步電機的軟起動設備，其工作原理是在電機定子回路串入阻抗可平滑改變的電抗器，調整控制繞組中直流電流的大小，阻抗在預定的時間內由大到小自動無級減小，電機端電壓逐漸上升至全壓，實現電機起動。起動電流維持在額定電流的3.5-5倍以下，起動結束后，電抗器自動切除，起動過程對電網無大的沖擊.

TGRK series high voltage squirrel-cage motor soft starter is used to start and protect motor (3000V~10000V) high-voltage AC asynchronous or synchronous motor soft start device. The working principle is to make the impedance can smooth change of the reactor controllable inductor connect with the stator of motor in series, adjust the current in the control winding, impedance is reduced from large to small automatically during the scheduled time, the motor terminal voltage gradually increases to full pressure, to realize motor soft starting. The starting current is maintained at 3.5 to 5 times the rated current, after starting, reactor cut off automatically, the starting process has no big impact on the grid.

TRGK 系列高壓電抗軟起動器 性能特點：

1、線圈經環氧樹脂澆注而成，具有阻燃、自熄、免維護、機械強度高、抗短路沖擊能力強、絕緣強度好、局部放電量小、使用壽命長等優點；2、鐵芯制造采用了干式電抗器的制造技術、振動小、噪音低、漏磁小，

2、對環境適用海拔不超過1500M；環境溫度：-25～45℃；相對濕度不超過90%；

2、起動電流在額定電流的3.5－5倍，起動時間20～60S可調，可連續起動2-3次。

3、產品的整體結構緊湊，安裝尺寸小，占用空間小；

4、起動平滑無沖擊，起動電壓降在10%以內，對電網影響不大。

5、可采用PLC控制，通過RS485口和上位機進行通訊，滿足DCS控制系統要求。
