P-4 Pneumatic Positioner
The PMV P4 is a double acting positioner that can be used with a wide variety of double acting or single acting actuators. The PMV P4 has a compact, rugged design with few moving parts. This simple design adds to the product's reliability and performance. Calibration is simple with internal span and zero thumb wheels, and an easy to reach external zero adjustment.

P-5 Positioner
The foundation of the PMV Valve Control System is the PMV P5 pneumatic positioner. Performance of this unit has been enhanced with the special high gain/high capacity spool valve assembly providing very quick and accurate actuator/valve response. For single or double acting application, this new modular design allows for the simple addition of I/P converters and/or a feedback unit with a variety of feedback options.
Other features include:
Gauge ports, stainless steel cam with a simple cam locking device, tapped exhaust port for venting of supply media, external zero adjustment, and completely sealed cover.

P-1200 Positioner
The P-1200, single acting positioner is designed for use with spring return actuators. The standard unit includes gauge ports and can easily be fitted with a PMV By-pass.
This simple, rugged positioner utilizes a pilot valve and spool to provide accurate, repeatable operation. Available in a standard model (P-1200) and high capacity version (P-1220), these positioners can be matched to a wide range of actuator types.

P-1500 Positioner
The P-1500 series, is the flagship of our rotary positioners. Available in standard model (P-1500), anti-vibration (P-1540), this series covers a wide range of applications. The heart of the unit, its spool valve assembly, provides accurate, dependable positioning even with poor quality plant air.
The simple design provides for easy calibration with an internal span and an external zero adjustment. The unit is designed for double acting applications but can easily be used for single acting applications by plugging one port.

P-1700 Positioner
The PMV P-1700 series is specially designed for use in corrosive or high temperature environments with all external parts made from stainless steel. Internal parts are made from stainless steel on models P-1700 and 1720, and from aluminum on models P-1710 and P-1730.
The models P-1720 and P-1730 are high air delivery models.
The P-1700 series is designed for double acting applications but can easily be used for single acting applications by plugging one port.
A PMV I/P converter in a stainless steel field housing which easily mounts on top of P-1700 series is available.

A modular feedback unit F5 allows for the addition of limit switches and/or position transmitters, without additional mounting brackets.

P-2000 Positioner
The PMV P-2000 series positioner is one of the sturdiest, reliable electropneumatic positioners on the market. Controlling air delivery with the PMV standard spool valve assembly and receiving the 4-20mA control signal through our voice coil magnet unit assembly, this positioner offers a wide range of features and benefits.
P-2000 has an internal gain adjustment, as with other PMV models, the easy to reach span and zero adjustment makes this model very simple to calibrate. This unit is also available for intrinsically safe applications and is approved by CENELEC (PTB), CSA, and UL.

D-3 Digital Positioner
D3 is a digital positioner where high air delivery capacity is combined with low air consumption. It suits both linear and rotary actuators, single or double acting. Five keys and a large graphic display make D3 simple to configure and adjust.
The pneumatic relay consists of piezo electric valves and is made of glass fiber reinforced resin to offer high corrosion resistance. An easily accessible built in replaceable filter is provided to offer durability together with a sealed of compartment for the terminals.

F-5 Feedback System
For position feedback, the F5 unit offers the ability to very simply add switches (mechanical or proximity), a potentiometer or a 4-20 mA transmitter to the P5 base pneumatic positioner.
The modular housing needs no special mounting pieces and is O-ring sealed. LED lights assist in the setting of the transmitter. The cam and spindle are not splined, so true 100% resolution is achieved - an important feature when used on control valves.
Available in standard, intrinsically safe and explosion proof versions.
