實驗室通風柜材質說明：1、 柜 體：采用1.2mm冷軋鋼板經酸洗淋化防腐處理后，環氧樹脂粉末噴塑。

2、 臺 面：實驗室專用防腐12.7mm厚實心理化板，操作邊整邊。

3、  內襯板、導流板：采用6mm耐酸堿抗倍特板。
4、 視窗：采用鋼化安全玻璃，開啟高度0~740mm。
5、 平衡：采用無段式平衡升降系統，視窗可停留在任意位置。
6、 懸吊鋼索：采用PVC包覆鋼索。
7、 排氣罩：采用pp防腐排氣罩。
8、 插座：采用4個10ATCL國際電工的萬用插座，適用于各種儀器插頭。
9、 照明：采用防塵、防暴、防濺、隱藏式1支20W日光燈照明。
10、 滅菌：采用1支40W紫外線燈。
11、 開關：微電子觸摸開關(美觀,方便)或按鈕開關(實用性能好,在腐蝕氣體環境中不易出現問題)
12、 龍頭：武潔單口鵝頸化驗龍頭，加厚銅質，耐酸、防腐、防紫外線、輻射、耐熱；陶瓷閥芯：90□旋轉，使用壽命開關50萬次；可拆卸銅質水嘴。
13、 泄水頭：采用高密度PVC沉淀式泄水頭，防止水管堵塞，并易于拆卸保養。
