黃金回收認“本家”
買入容易出手難買黃金買得順暢，可要把手中的黃金變成現金，卻沒那么容易。近日，記者走訪了南寧幾大銀行、商場、典當行和門頭回收店，打探黃金變現之路。
晨報記者 鄭和報道銀行多數只換自家金條近幾年黃金價格整體走勢一路走高，黃金投資、買賣也是“風生水起”。在一些銀行大廳內，都擺放著金條、金幣等多種投資金的仿真品。這是否意味著在銀行變現黃金最方便南寧市民宋先生手頭上有5萬元閑錢，想用于投資，目標鎖定黃金市場。他覺得炒黃金期貨風險太大，買紙黃金看不到實物，最后決定到銀行購買金條。但仔細一打聽，宋先生才得知，金條的流通性并不理想。
在工商銀行，客戶經理羅小姐告知，在南寧的網點購買金條后，不能直接和銀行進行交易，目前只有上海等少數地方的網點可以實現金條的現買現賣。
在建行，柜臺工作人員小周告知，客戶想把金條賣回給建行，一是不能拆除包裝，二是要把金條儲存在銀行不能拿走。他解釋說，這樣的做法是為了保證金條的純正，避免回收的金條被摻了雜質。對此，宋先生認為，這樣的做法，和購買紙黃金差不多，花錢買了金條卻看得到摸不著。
據了解，目前在南寧只有交行能夠辦理金條現買現賣的服務。在南寧人民路的一家交行網點，客戶經理介紹說，客戶可以購買了金條后，拿回家放置或者存在保險柜里，等到合適價位時再把金條賣回給交行。但客戶不能拆開包裝，一旦包裝出現損毀就不能回購。
中國銀行工作人員告訴記者，銀行不做金飾兌現，只兌現由中行發行的投資型金條，回收價格按當日實時金價下浮2元/克的折舊費來執行。按照4月3日上海黃金交易所原料黃金的價格315元/克來計算，當日的回購價格是313元/克。記者調查發現，南寧幾乎所有的銀行都只回購自家發行的投資金條，均不能跨行兌現?；厥諆r格則不盡相同，都要收取一定的手續費。
南寧市大學路一家銀行的理財師小黃說，現在很多銀行都會不時地向自己的客戶推薦黃金產品，但實際上如果產品由銀行保管，在價格上漲之時可向銀行提出回購申請；但如果你把貨提回家了，就只能到具備鑒定和回購產品能力的銀行兌換。一般很多銀行網點不具備鑒定能力就不兌換，有點麻煩。
金店只能以舊換新還要收取加工費多數銀行不能換金飾品，商場相關柜臺又如何呢南寧百貨大樓一樓上海老鳳祥金飾品柜臺的銷售人員告訴記者，專柜一般不回收，但可以“以舊換新”，“以舊換新”需要交折舊費32元一克，如現有金飾品10克，要換取12克新的金飾品，無須任何條件和證件，只需將貨品拿到柜臺即可。不少商場的黃金專柜的銷售人員也表示，一船品牌產品都可“以舊換新”，但需要提供購買發票以及保修單據等材料。
潘先生手上有一條在日本買的18K金，看到黃金升值，他想換成純金項鏈。他本以為這是件很容易的事情，沒想到卻花了1個多月才搞定。
“很多品牌金店都不回收K金。”他說，許多金店都有“老金換款式”的服務，但只針對千足金。走訪了南寧朝陽商圈的8個品牌金店。在周大福的百盛專柜，售貨員表示柜臺沒有驗金的設備，不接受K金兌換。在和平金鋪的新朝陽店，一名打金師傅用火燒了金項鏈后，鏈子因為非純金露出來紅色，師傅說：“雜質太多，不好判斷是不是18K金。”
潘先生說，沒想到換條金鏈會那么麻煩。后來，他打聽到步行街附近打首飾的店鋪愿意回收K金，便去試試看。結果他發現那里多數店鋪規模較小，且缺乏營業執照，他不放心進行交易，生怕交易中金鏈發生折損。
最后，他找了一位在正規店面工作的打金師傅，托他找買家。他說：“整個交易過程很神秘，如果不是相信這位師傅，還真不敢做這筆買賣?！彼呀疰溸f給師傅后，師傅說“你不方便去”，便懷揣金鏈鉆進了一條小巷。過了半個小時左右，這位師傅回來了，從懷里拿出一疊用報紙包裹著的百元大鈔，說“你數數”。師傅給了個“公式”：當天金價是410元，坊間交易價打了9折為369元，18K金的純度約為75%，K金價為276.75元。如此這算下來，60克的18K金，共換得人民幣16605元。 <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

隨后，他去品牌金店按照410元的金價，購買了一條重約40克的金鏈。這個換購折騰了1個月之久，他的周末幾乎都耗在此事上。
典當行變現手續便捷但成本高南寧市新華路“金利”典當行老板告訴記者，目前對金的“典當”有兩種情況。一種是金飾品：如果手上有20克金飾品，可換取6100元，單價305元一克；一種是借款：20克金飾品可借款5200—5300元，另外還需每個月上交借款數的8個百分點，即每個月需要交416—424元。辦理典當需要身份證、金飾品、發票。
據了解，由于黃金的價格一天一個樣，為了不虧本，市場上“典當”的價格會略低于黃金零售價。市民李女士表示，典當行的回購變現價格相對金店、銀行稍低，但是變現速度較快、流程簡便、現金支付，如急用錢可以把幾根沒有發票的金條變現。
在黃金投資趨熱的情況下，變現為何困難？南寧市一家金店的老板覃先生說，黃金回購不可能再原樣投放市場，只能重新加工，這就存在著損耗，這些損耗，就會造成回收中價格“被壓”的現象。另外，就是牽涉到稅收問題，一般企業向黃金交易所拿貨時，享受的是即征即退的稅收優惠政策，如果企業要向消費者回購就很難退稅，這也是造成黃金回購障礙的一個重要原因。
由于實物黃金回購涉及如何鑒別黃金的成色、真偽等，需要有一些技術指標加以驗證，需要進行重量和品相的鑒定等，這無疑增加了回收實物黃金的難度。此外，由于缺乏統一的投資鑒定標準，相應的政策法規也出現缺失，使得黃金回購陷入渠道窄小、局面混亂的境地，這也是造成黃金回購難的重要原因。
黃金回收店想兌換現金，去銀行、金店都不靠譜，不少人就將目光投向了聚集在商圈周邊的黃金回收店，那么這些回收店究竟“成色”如何？黃金回收店，他們多在背街小巷中，卻有著絡繹不絕的客人。一兩平米大小，兩三個人守著，有的甚至蝸居在首飾店、煙酒店和居民樓道中，無一例外地在門口打出“高價回收黃金”的亮眼招牌。
在新華街一個門頭房里，兩名女士圍著一張桌子，記者起先還以為走錯了地方?！澳阋獡Q黃金？我這兒收?！币幻繉τ浾哒f?！皼]有秤怎么稱？”“我們有的，你這個多重？”據知情人士透露，黃金回收店多使用小體積電子秤或天平秤。秤放在柜臺里不拿出來，柜臺上還放著遮蓋物，不想讓顧客看到稱重過程。
記者拿著一條47.3克的黃金項鏈分別去到五家不同的黃金回收店，竟然稱出5個重量。第一家稱出42.75克；相隔不遠的另一家回收店47克；第三家家回收店42克多一點，卻始終不肯說出準確數據；第四家回收店42.62克；最后一家稱出32.92克的重量。
走訪了幾家小門頭店之后，記者發現了一個規律，進入店鋪，老板們首先會拋出幾句話：“有發票嗎”、“有多重”、“我燒燒看真假”。
在一家黃金店，老板看了看記者手持的項鏈，并不正面回答能用多少錢回收的話題，也不稱重，而是先準備開火驗金?！澳氵@是要干嗎？”“我得看看你這金子是不是真的啊？”老板說。為防萬一，記者拒絕了他的要求，他才拿出放大鏡，仔細觀察千足金特有的標志，其實通過這個就足以說明金子的成色和純度了。
仔細端詳過后，他稱出了金子42.63克的重量，讓記者決定是否交易?？吹接浾吆苁仟q豫，他說：“價格可以商量?！庇浾弑硎疽呀浛催^很多家店面，價格都在305～310元/克，本以為他會拒絕，誰知他竟咬咬牙同意了以308/克的價格進行交易。
內幕折扣秤、王水偷金成潛規則“不少黃金回收店，秤都有問題?！辈稍L中，從事黃金兌換多年的老板自爆內幕，“八五折是最常見的了。還有一些別的手段‘吸金’?！彼嬖V記者，黃金回收店的生意賺的是差價?！拔覀兓厥樟私鹱硬欢谑掷铮话惝斕彀l回廠家進行再加工?！庇捎趪H金價是透明的，加上現在從事黃金回收的越來越多，想漫天要價并完成交易的已經不多了，所以只有在秤上做手腳。
記者在采訪中的遭遇也印證了她的說法，但被調的秤九折居多。“他們看人，尤其是問到你不知道具體重量時，他們會更大膽?！背酥?，想盡辦法吸金也是常用的伎倆?！昂芏嗍召彽隇榱藱z驗首飾是不是純金會用火烤。”這位老板說，他們往往給出真金不怕火煉的說法?！捌鋵嵏傻镁昧?，光憑眼和手就能判斷金子，根本不需要用火。”
之所以選擇用火烤，不排除部分黑店想偷金?？镜脮r間長了，有些金粒就會脫落，他們就趁顧客不注意私藏起來。一些黑店烤后，號稱為了給金子降溫，還會將黃金飾品放在“王水”里?！巴跛怯名}酸和硝酸混合成的，可以溶解金子，積累起來之后商家再將其提取出來?！彼f，經過這樣一折騰，即便賣，顧客的黃金也不再有原先的重量了。
