供需平衡趨弱 預(yù)計鋼價高位震蕩
據(jù)商務(wù)部監(jiān)測，上周(9月3日至9日)全國食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場價格比前一周上漲0.6%，生產(chǎn)資料市場價格比前一周上漲0.4%。鋼材價格上漲0.3%，其中螺紋鋼、熱軋帶鋼、高速線材、鍍鋅板價格分別為每噸4358元、4399元、4454元和5038元，分別上漲0.6%、0.4%、0.3%和0.3%。
上周Myspic綜合指數(shù)報163.17點(絕對價格指數(shù)4596)，較前一周上漲0.67%。其中，螺紋鋼指數(shù)報181.16點(絕對價格指數(shù)4579)，較前一周上漲1.14%。上周建筑鋼材市場價格小幅上漲，全國25個市場螺紋HRB400(20mm)均價為4562元/噸，較前一周上漲62元/噸。
上周熱卷價格指數(shù)報156.45(絕對價格指數(shù)4386)，較前一周上漲0.60%。上周全國熱軋板卷市場價格小幅上漲，全國24個熱軋4.75mm市場均價4388元/噸，較前一周價格上漲20元/噸。20mm中厚板市場價格小幅上漲，全國24個主要市場20mm普中板平均價格為4514元/噸，較前一周上漲13元/噸。
上周黑色系期貨市場整體小幅反彈，但現(xiàn)貨市場價格上周一至周四窄幅盤整運行，上周五在期市走強的帶動下，價格上漲明顯。市場成交表現(xiàn)多受期市左右，期市上揚則成交轉(zhuǎn)好，期市下行則成交清淡。上周內(nèi)唐山地區(qū)再次出臺環(huán)保文件，要求9月停限產(chǎn)力度不低于8月，受此影響，鋼坯價格由弱轉(zhuǎn)強。截止上周五，唐山本地及昌黎普方坯主流出廠4030元/噸現(xiàn)金含稅，較前一周周五漲50元/噸。從公布的周度庫存數(shù)據(jù)看，建材的社會庫存和鋼廠庫存均小幅上升，但增幅較前一周減弱，側(cè)面反映市場需求尚可。
總體來看，雖然9月旺季需求并未啟動，但在環(huán)保限產(chǎn)持續(xù)貫徹下，市場整體供需維持弱平衡狀態(tài)。在當(dāng)前庫存壓力不大，到貨成本較高下，預(yù)計短期鋼材市場價格多高位震蕩運行。
