辦理自動進口許可證的步驟：
1.開通招標網的賬號
2.填寫辦理自動許可證的申請表，填寫完成后打印二份
3.到進口用戶當地的商務廳蓋章
4.拿著紅色蓋章的自動許可證申請表，合同，情況說明，營業執照，對外貿易經營者備案（內資），（如果是外資企業就需要批準證書）
5.寄到省商務廳批準 一般我司辦理自動進口許可證57個工作日。

3.國內營業執照，國外營業執照（中英文必須對照），合同
4.設備的彩色圖片以及銘牌圖片
5.設備購買使用超過8年的需提供維修保養記錄
6.設備的技術參數
