1.化工品進口行情分析

  進入2014年，隨著歐美等發(fā)達國家經(jīng)濟體的復蘇，我國化工品行業(yè)進口的行情呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)步向上的趨勢，來自美國、日本、韓國、法國、英國等地的化工品將快速進入中國市場，建議廣大進口化工品商抓住這難得的商機，速速發(fā)家致富。

2.進口化工品報關時間

 時間：（正常通關情況）
1  涂料備案：約25個工作日 
注：每個型號出一個備案書（見附件中的備案樣本），也就是說一個備案書上只能有一個品名一個型號。同個品名不同型號，必須分別出備案書。同個型號不同容積可以共用一份備案書。備案書的有效期為2年
2 化工品危險等級鑒定：約一個月
這個鑒定要一個月左右，需先寄樣品過來。鑒定結果一年內(nèi)有效。也就是說一年內(nèi)進口同型號產(chǎn)品，不用再做鑒定。一年后進口同型號產(chǎn)品，需重新鑒定。 
以上要在貨物到港之前完成，以節(jié)省時間和費用
3 口岸換單，半個工作日
4 商檢報關、出稅單2-3個工作日
5  交稅放行，1-2個工作日
6 國內(nèi)派送：半天

請知悉：在審單過程中，商檢局和海關對于化工品常常增加人工查貨和抽樣化驗程序，尤其是對排名靠前次進口化工品的企業(yè)監(jiān)察更為嚴格，人工查貨通常在3個工作日內(nèi)完成；抽樣化驗通常15個工作日左右完成。。如果遇到人查和抽樣，我司會協(xié)助貴司與相關部門解釋、協(xié)商）。
