一 廢水來源及水質
某制藥廠的廢水主要是生產青霉素所產生的高濃度有機廢水,水質情況見下表:

A wastewater source and water quality
The wastewater of a pharmaceutical factory is mainly produced by the production of high concentration organic wastewater produced by penicillin. The water quality is shown in the following table:
設備參數及應用
1 調節池
調節池主要用于調節來水的水量和水質的不均勻性。調節時間按8h設計。
2反應池
反應池采用6格穿孔旋流反應形式,孔口流速由1.0m/s逐格遞減至0.15m/s。反應時間20min左右。
3 沉淀池
采用斜板沉淀池。斜板間距80mm,表面水力負荷2.1m3(㎡·h)。
4 水解酸化池
水解酸化工藝主要用來使難以降解的苯環物質、大分子有機物開環斷鏈,變為易于生物降解的小分子物質,對改善廢水的可生化性,有利于后續好氧化物降解。
本工程設計水解酸化時間為15h,池內設置彈性填料和水下曝氣攪拌設備。
5 生物選擇器
在SBR反應池進水端部設置生物選擇器(又稱預反應區),使回流的活性污泥和原水中的有機物在此達到充分混合和吸附,使回流的大量微生物得以淘劣選優、培養和馴化,誘導出活性很強的微生物群體,并能抑制絲狀菌的生長和繁殖,對后續氧化反應控制污泥膨脹具有重要作用。該反應過程一般45min~60min即可完成。
1 SBR反應池
SBR工藝又稱序批式間歇活性污泥法,是最近幾年國內興起的集生物降解、沉淀、排水、排泥等功能為一體的污水生化處理工藝。在運行過程中,采用PLC可編程控制器,按時間和液位實現全過程自動控制。
本工程設置3座SBR反應池,每池運行周期12h。其中充水期4h。反應期8h(其中包括充水期3.5h),沉淀期1.5h,排水期1.5h,閑置期0.5h,MLSS為3500mg/L。
2 污泥處理系統
本工程污泥分為化學污泥和剩余活性污泥兩部分。前者經初沉池排出,直接進入污泥脫水系統;后者在每座SBR池里內置1個8m×5m×8m的濃縮池,濃縮后的污泥經提升泵,回流至生物選擇器和水解酸化池,剩余污泥與化學污泥一起儲存于污泥池內,進行脫水外運。污泥脫水設置5臺帶式壓榨過濾機,帶寬2m.
三 工程運行效果
通過三個月的運行和監測,處理效果顯著,運轉穩定。其中在混合沉淀工藝中實際COD去除率為40%~50%,BOD5去除率為30%~35%,SS去除率為60%~70%;在水解酸化工藝中COD去除率為25%~35%,BOD5去除率為20%~25%.

Equipment parameters and applications
1 regulation pool
The regulating pool is mainly used to regulate the water quantity and the inhomogeneity of water quality. Adjust the time according to 8h design.
2 reaction pool
The reaction pool was in the form of 6 - hole swirl flow, and the flow velocity was reduced by 1.0m/s to 0.15m/s. The reaction time is about 20min.
3 tank
Use inclined plate sedimentation tank. Inclined plate spacing is 80 mm, the surface hydraulic load 2.1 m after (㎡ h.).
4 hydrolytic acid pool
Hydrolysis acidification process is mainly used to make hard to degradation of benzene ring material, macromolecule organic open loop chain scission, small molecules into easily biodegradable material, to improve the wastewater biological sex, is conducive to good follow-up oxide degradation.
The hydrolysis time of this engineering design is 15h, and elastic packing and underwater aeration mixing equipment are installed in the tank.
5 biological selector
In SBR reaction pool water end set biological selector (reaction zone), make the backflow activated sludge and organic matter in raw water in the mix and adsorption, the flow of a large number of microbes to losers selection, cultivation and domestication, induction of active microbial community, and can inhibit the growth of filamentous bacteria and reproduction, plays an important role in the subsequent oxidation reaction control sludge bulking. The reaction process is generally 45min~ 60min.
1 SBR reaction tank
The SBR process is also called sequential batch intermittent activated sludge method, which is a sewage and biochemical treatment process which has been developed in recent years in China to collect biological degradation, precipitation, drainage and sludge discharge. In the process of operation, PLC programmable controller is adopted to realize automatic control of the whole process by time and liquid level.
This project sets up three SBR reaction pools, each running cycle 12h. The water charge period is 4h. The reaction period was 8h (including 3.5h of the water charge), 1.5h of precipitation, 1.5h of drainage, 0.5h of idle time, and 3500mg/L for MLSS.
Sludge treatment system
The sludge is divided into two parts: chemical sludge and residual activated sludge. The former is discharged through the initial sink pool and directly into the sludge dewatering system; The latter in each SBR pool built a 8 m x 5 m x 8 m concentrated tank, concentrated sludge by the lift pump, back into biological selector and hydrolysis acidification pool, excess sludge storage with chemical sludge in sludge pool, sinotrans for dehydration. The sludge dewatering sets 5 belt type press filter, the bandwidth is 2m.
The operation effect of the three works
Through the operation and monitoring of the three months, the treatment effect is remarkable and the operation is stable. In the mixed precipitation process, the actual COD removal rate was 40%~ 50%, the removal rate of BOD5 was 30%~ 35%, and the removal rate of SS was 60%~ 70%. In the process of hydrolysis, COD removal rate was 25%~ 35%, and BOD5 removal rate was 20%~25%.
