淀粉廢水處理工程實例
一 工程概況
攀枝花某公司主要生產玉米淀粉等產品,年產玉米淀粉20萬噸,排放廢水1000~1500m3/d。為了保護環境,防止廢水對周圍水體造成污染,該公司充分利用淀粉廠原有部分儲罐,建設了一套處理能力為1500m3/d的廢水處理設施。
二 處理工藝
1 生產工藝及水質
淀粉廢水主要來源于玉米淀粉加工過程中的洗滌、壓濾、濃縮等工藝段,用水量由于生產設備和生產工藝的不同,約為2~8m3水/t淀粉。根據該淀粉廠水質監測結果,同時參照國內部分相類似淀粉廠的排水水質實際情況,綜合考慮各種因素,確定廢水處理站的設計進水水質。
根據該市城市排水總體規劃要求,淀粉廠處理出水排入城鎮排水系統,由城市污水處理廠集中處理達標排放,故本工程排放執行《污水綜合排放標準》(GB8978-1996)三級標準。
2 處理工藝
本工程采用厭氧EGSB+好氧A/O處理工藝。廠區廢水經過格柵初步分離去除粗大雜物后進入集水井, 經泵提升后進入初沉池進一步去除較小的SS顆粒物及大部分淀粉;初沉池出水自流進入調節池進行水量水質均衡調節;調節池出水自流進入到EGSB進水池,在進水池內進行溫度調節、酸堿度調節后由提升泵打入厭氧EGSB反應池,在厭氧池內大部分有機物得以降解去除;厭氧池出水自流入后續A/O反應池進行好氧處理,好氧出水沉淀后達標排放。
厭氧池產生的剩余污泥可以單獨儲存或者和好氧池的剩余污泥一起排入集泥池,經濃縮脫水機濃縮脫水后,泥餅外運填埋。
3主要設計參數
(1)格柵和集水井 格柵井和集水井為新建鋼混結構。在廢水進水渠道上,設置格柵井,內設機械格柵一道。格柵井結構尺寸4.0m×0.8m×4.0m。集水井結構尺寸2.5m×2.5m×5.0m。機械格柵一臺,柵寬700mm,格柵傾角60℃,功率2.2KW。配螺旋輸送機1臺,直徑260mm,功率2.2KW。提升水泵流量110m3/h,揚程13.0m,功率7.5kW,2臺(1備1用)。
(2)進水初沉池 采用豎流式沉淀池,幾何尺寸:?9.0m×8.0m,有效水深7.5m。內有導流筒1套,規格?0.70m×3.5m。
(3)調節池 尺寸?9.0m×8.0m,有效水深7.25m,調節池數量為3座,停留時間為22h,其中2座為事故池。
(4)EGSB進水池 進水池的作用主要是調節池EGSB反應池進水的溫度、pH值,同時也作為EGSB反應池的循環回流池。鋼混結構,尺寸3.0m×3.0m×7.4m,有效水深6.9m。立式攪拌機1臺,功率3.0kW;水力曲篩1套,尺寸1.5m×1.2m,間隙0.50mm。
(5)EGSB反應池 EGSB采用專用設備,鋼結構,采用碳鋼防腐,1個罐體。設計水量2500m3/d,容積負荷5.3KgCOD/(m3·d),結構尺寸?7.64m×18.0m,反應器有效容積802m3,有效高度17.5m,水力停留時間12.5h.
(6) EGSB集泥池 鋼結構1座,尺寸?5.0m×6.3m,有效水深4.3m。
(7)EGSB沼氣櫥柜 鋼結構1座,尺寸?5.0m×6.3m,有效水深5.8m。
(8)A/O反應池 設2組池,采用4格,前端設缺氧段。2個缺氧池,尺寸16.6m×2.0m×4.9m,總有效容積325m3;2個好氧池,尺寸15.0m×16.0m×4.9m,總有效容積2352m3; 有效水深4.9m。2臺內回流泵,流量30m3/h,揚程5m,功率1.5Kw。2臺水下攪拌器,功率1.5kW。曝氣管采用高分子材料管式曝氣器,曝氣頭數量400根。
(9)二沉池 豎流式,鋼筋混凝土結構,與A/O池合建。2座池體,結構尺寸6.5m×6.5m×5.85m。2套導流筒,規格?1.50m×4.4m。出水堰51.2m,250m×700(h)mm。
(10)污泥濃縮池 厭氧和好氧產泥量每天總計670kg/d,合含水率99.4%的污泥為112m3/d,采用污泥濃縮池處理污泥,好氧污泥和厭氧污泥可定期排入污泥濃縮池,經濃縮池后進入脫水機房脫水。結構尺寸?5.0m×5.8m,有效水深6.3m。
(11)污泥脫水 為降低污泥含水率, 1臺帶寬500mm的污泥脫水機對濃縮池排泥進行脫水。
(12)EGSB提升泵房 泵房結構尺寸4.50m×6.0m,凈高4.15m。2臺EGSB進水提升泵,流量65m3/h,揚程25m,功率7.5kW。2臺EGSB回流泵,流量25m3/h,揚程30m,功率4.0KW.
(13)綜合機泵間 鼓風機房結構尺寸8.5×4.3m,凈高3.75m,鼓風機房內墻面鋪設吸音材料,窗戶采用雙層玻璃,室內設軸流風機。3臺套(2用1備)羅茨鼓風機,流量50.0m3/min,出口壓力6m,電機功率45kW。2臺(1用1備)剩余及回流污泥泵,流量40.0m3/h,揚程7.0m, 功率2.2kw。1套pH加藥系統,功率1.0kW。
三 技術經濟指標
該淀粉廠廢水處理工程投資715萬元,勞動定員9元,運行功率為140Kw。藥費0.45元/m3,年運行費32萬元,噸水處理費1.818元。
四 工程評析
本工程淀粉廢水的BOD/COD值大于0.4,可生化性很好,因此采用生物處理工藝是合適的,以保證在盡量低的費用下,可靠地將有機污染物降到所要求的水平。厭氧工藝采用了高負荷的EGSB工藝,占地面積小,投資省。從運行結果來看,該工藝運行可靠,出水穩定達標。

Project overview
Panzhihua company mainly produces corn starch and other products, producing 200,000 tons of corn starch and discharging waste water of 1000~1500m cubed/d. In order to protect the environment and prevent the waste water from polluting the surrounding water, the company made full use of the original storage tank of the powder factory and built a waste water treatment facility with capacity of 1500m cubed/d.
Two-process process
1 production process and water quality
Starch wastewater mainly comes from the process of washing, pressure filtration and concentration of corn starch. The water consumption is about 2~8m cubic water/t starch due to different production equipment and production process. According to the monitoring results of water quality starch factory at the same time with reference to domestic similar part of starch factory drainage water quality situation, comprehensive consideration of various factors, can design the water quality of waste water treatment station.
In accordance with the requirements of the city's urban drainage planning, starch factory processing out of the water into the urban drainage system, the standard for central treatment of urban sewage treatment plant emissions, emissions of this project execution "integrated wastewater discharge standard" (GB8978-1996) level 3 standards.
2 treatment process
This project adopts anaerobic EGSB+ aerobic A/O treatment process. After the initial separation and removal of coarse and large debris from the factory, the waste water was removed into the collecting well. After the pump hoisting, the small and small SS particles and most of the starch were further removed. The water quality is regulated by water flow into the regulating pool. Basin artesian water into the EGSB into the pool, conducted in into the pool temperature adjustment, ph adjustment after the lift pump into the anaerobic EGSB reaction pool, in most of the organic matter degradation to remove inside YanYangChi; The water from the anaerobic pool is discharged from the following A/O reaction pool for aerobic treatment, and good oxygen discharge is discharged after the precipitation.
The residual sludge produced by the anaerobic pool can be stored separately or together with the remaining sludge of the oxygen pool. After the concentrated dehydrator is concentrated and dehydrated, the mud cake is filled and buried.
Main design parameters

(4) the effect of EGSB into the pool is mainly to adjust the temperature and pH of the water in the EGSB reaction pool, as well as the circulating reflux pool of the EGSB reaction tank. Steel mixing structure, size 3.0m x 3.0m x 7.4 m, effective water depth 6.9 m. Vertical mixer 1, power 3.0 kW; Hydraulic curved sieve 1 set, dimensions 1.5m x 1.2 m, gap 0.50 mm.
(5) EGSB reaction pool EGSB adopts special equipment, steel structure, carbon steel corrosion and 1 tank. Design of water after 2500 m/d, volume load 5.3 KgCOD/(m after · d), structure size ? 7.64 m * 18.0 m, 802 m after reactor volume, effective height of 17.5 m, hydraulic retention time of 12.5 h.
(6) EGSB mud pools of steel structure, such as one dimension ? 5.0 m * 6.3 m, the effective depth of 4.3 m.
(7) EGSB biogas ambry of steel structure, such as one dimension ? 5.0 m * 6.3 m, the effective depth of 5.8 m.
(8) A/O reaction pool set 2 pools, with 4 g, and the front end of the hypoxia section. 2 hypoxia pool, size 16.6m x 2.0m x 4.9 m, total effective volume 325m cubed; 2 aerobic pools, size 15.0m x 16.0m x 4.9 m, total effective volume 2352m cubed; Effective depth of 4.9 m. 2 internal reflux pump, flow 30m cubed/h, lift 5m, power 1.5kw. 2 underwater agitator, power 1.5kw. (11) sludge dehydration to reduce the water content of sludge, 1. 500mm of sludge dewatering machine to dehydrate the concentrated pool sludge.
(12) EGSB upgrade pump room structure size 4.50m x 6.0 m, with a net height of 4.15m. 2 EGSB inlet lift pump, flow 65m cubed/h, lift 25m, power 7.5 kW. 2 EGSB reflux pump, flow 25m cubed/h, yangcheng 30m, power 4.0KW.
(13) the structure size of the blower room of the integrated machine pump is 8.5x4.3m, the net height is 3.75m, the wall of the blower room is laid with the absorbing material, the Windows are double-glazing, and the indoor axial flow fan is installed. 3 sets (2 with 1 backup) roots blower, flow rate 50.0m cubed/min, outlet pressure 6m, motor power 45kW. 2 (1 for 1) residual and return sludge pump, flow 40.0m cubed/h, lift of 7.m, power 2.2kw. 1 set of pH plus drug system, power 1.0kw.
Technical and economic indicators
The waste water treatment project of the factory is RMB 7.15 million, the labor is 9 yuan, and the operating power is 140Kw. The drug charge is 0.45 yuan/m to the third, the annual transportation fee is 320,000 yuan, and the water treatment fee is 1.818 yuan.
Four project evaluation
