    水處理是指為使水質達到一定使用標準而采取的物理、化學措施。飲用水的最低標準由環保部門制定。工業用水有自己的要求。水的溫度、顏色、透明度、氣味、味道等物理特性是判斷水質好壞的基本標準。水的化學特性,如其酸堿度、所溶解的固體物濃度和氧氣含量等,也是判斷水質的重要標準。

    水處理目的是提高水質,使之達到某種水質標準。按處理方法的不同,有物理水處理、化學水處理、生物水處理等多種。按處理對象或目的的不同,有給水處理和廢水處理兩大類。給水處理包括生活飲用水處理和工業用水處理兩類; 廢水處理又有生活污水處理和工業廢水處理之分。其中,與熱工技術關系特別密切的有從屬于工業用水處理范疇的鍋爐給水處理、補給水處理、汽輪機主凝結水處理以及循環水處理等。水處理對發展工業生產、提高產品質量,保護人類環境、維護生態平衡具有重要的意義。

     

    污水處理工程案例(缺氧+傳統活性污泥法)

    某污水處理廠是大連市修建的一座大型污水處理廠。該廠的建設引進關鍵技術、監控裝置和設備,提高污水處理效率,充分利用生物能,節約能耗,節省用地,降低工程造價和運行成本。

    該污水處理廠的工藝設計,在進行各種工藝方案比較的基礎上,仍選用鼓風曝氣的設計方案。其理由是大型污水處理廠采用鼓風曝氣工藝管理簡便、運行可靠。該污水處理廠肖化吸收了國外的先進技術,對每個單項構筑物及污水、污泥處理的細部方案都作了改進,如進水泵房及污水量計量的自動控制、洗砂排砂、排泥濃度控制、溶解氧白控、脫氨反硝化工藝、二沉池出水槽新工藝、消化池投泥方式、大型消化池的沼氣攪拌、沼氣發電升壓聯網、沼氣鍋爐及排泥閥、可調堰、細格柵等先進技術都在該廠得到了應用。

    主要處理構筑物及設備參數:

        1.進水格柵

        格柵是污水處理廠的第一道預處理設施。該廠設6臺垂直格柵,由計算機程序控制。高水位時格柵清污機將連續工作,運送格柵攔截的浮渣的皮帶運輸機與格柵清污機聯鎖運行,在所有格柵停止工作后,皮帶運輸機仍將繼續運行一段時間。

        6臺垂直格柵每臺寬2m,柵條凈距25 mm

        2.進水泵房

        6HLWB-10型立式渦殼混流泵,51備。

        水泵參數:流量1.32立方/秒,揚程13.2m,電機動率260kw

        泵房設有6個控制水位,控制5臺泵的運行。為避免個別水泵負荷偏重而反復起動,水泵將依次循環投人運行。當某臺泵因故障停止工作時,另一臺泵將自動投入運行。

        3.曲面格柵

        8臺曲面格柵設在沉砂池的端部。每臺格柵寬度1.2m,柵條曲率半徑2.0 m,柵條凈距10m

        每臺格柵的清污動作根據水位模擬信號由計算機控制。當水位差處于正常值時,清污工作將按設定時間動作;當前后水位差超過設定值時,清污工作將連續進行。如果清污工作連續操作時間過長,計算機將發出報警信號。

        曲面格柵刮出的浮渣落在皮帶運輸機上,皮帶運輸機的運行與格柵清污機聯鎖,清污工作停止后,運輸機仍將運行一段時間。  

        4.沉砂池

        曝氣沉砂池設有6條廊道,每條長30m、寬4m、深4.3m,水力停留時間約6min

        池內設有振動空氣(VIBRAIR)曝氣器648個,供氣量為5184立方米/小時。全池設兩座吸砂工作橋,每個工作橋上有3個空氣提砂裝置,負責3條廊道的吸砂。污穢的砂水被提升到洗砂槽,經攪拌后,有機物隨洗砂水流回進水泵房,砂水被送至分砂機進行進一步脫水。分砂機設在進水泵房的上部建筑頂層,以便脫水的砂粒流入砂斗運走。

        吸砂工作橋用行程開關控制,其上設有刮渣設施,以清除池內浮渣。空氣提砂裝置要求注續工作,由計算機控制。當空氣壓縮機發生故障時,備用機可自動投入。空氣壓縮機、分砂機和泵的運行狀態由計算機監控,如出現故障將自動報警。

        5.初沉池

        初沉池曾設計了矩形和圓形兩種方案,從運行管理、占地和混凝土用量等方面進行比較,認為圓形輻流式沉淀池設備運轉可靠、管理簡便,故采用了4座配有周邊驅動全橋式刮混機的輻流式沉淀池,直徑達60m,水深4.5 m,沉淀時間2.26h

        初沉池運行的關鍵是排泥,4座池輪流排泥的程序由計算機控制。每個排泥閥靠頻率/時間自動操作。其功率/時間將根據計算機監測到的污泥濃度和流量束進行調整。排泥閥分兩部分,啟用的是電動閥門,排泥口用的是可手動調節的升降閥,該閥屬非標設備。

        6.初沉污泥泵房

        為防止排泥系統出現堵塞故障,在兩座初沉池間設一座污泥泵房。安裝GF單螺桿泵4臺,兩座泵房共裝8臺污泥泵。污泥泵按頻率鄺j問自動操作,并由計算機進行調整,兩座污泥泵房交替運行,在泵房的出口處設有污泥濃度模擬測量裝置,污泥進人濃縮池前進行

    流量檢測。這些信號進入計算機后,將用于計算污泥的排放量,以調整排泥技術上頻率和排混的持續時間。

    Main structure and equipment parameters:

    1. Inlet grille

    Grille is the first pre-treatment facility for sewage treatment plants. The factory has 6 vertical grille, controlled by computer program.     2. Inlet pump room

    Water pump parameters: 1.32m3 / second, lift 13.2 m, electric mobility rate 260kw.

    3. Curved grille

    The 8 curved grille is located at the end of the sink. The width of each grille is 1.2 m, the curvature radius of the grating is 2.0m and the grid bar is 10m.

    The cleaning action of each grille is controlled by computer according to the water level simulation signal. When the water level is at the normal value, the cleaning work will be determined by the setting time; When the current water level difference exceeds the set value, the cleaning work will be carried out continuously. If the clean-up operation is too long, the computer will send an alarm signal.

    The scum of the curved grille falls onto the belt conveyor, the belt conveyor runs with the grille cleaning machine interlock, the transport plane will still run for some time after the decontamination work stops.

    4. The grit chamber

    There are 6 corridors in the aeration and settling pit, with each length 30m, 4m wide and 4.3m deep, and the water retention time is about 6min.

    The tank has a VIBRAIR aerator of 648 and air supply of 5,184 cubic meters per hour. The air lifting device requires the injection of continuous work, controlled by computer. When the air compressor fails, the standby machine can automatically input. The operation state of air compressor, sand separating machine and pump is monitored by computer.

    5. At the beginning of pond,
