水處理的方式包括物理處理和化學(xué)處理。人類進行水處理的方式已經(jīng)有相當多年歷史，物理方法包括利用各種孔徑大小不同的濾材，利用吸附或阻隔方式，將水中的雜質(zhì)排除在外，吸附方式中較重要者為以活性炭進行吸附，阻隔方法則是將水通過濾材，讓體積較大的雜質(zhì)無法通過，進而獲得較為干凈的水。另外，物理方法也包括沉淀法，就是讓比重較小的雜質(zhì)浮于水面撈出，或是比重較大的雜質(zhì)沉淀于下，進而取得。化學(xué)方法則是利用各種化學(xué)藥品將水中雜質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化為對人體傷害較小的物質(zhì)，或是將雜質(zhì)集中，歷史最久的化學(xué)處理方法應(yīng)該可以算是用明礬加入水中，水中雜質(zhì)集合后，體積變大，便可用過濾法，將雜質(zhì)去除。

工程概述：某集團主營業(yè)務(wù)涉及飼料生產(chǎn)、食品加工、種畜禽繁育等產(chǎn)業(yè)。集團年飼料生產(chǎn)能力1100多萬噸，日宰殺家禽能力230多萬只，年可生產(chǎn)畜禽種苗1億多只。屠宰污水主要來自于圈欄沖洗、淋洗、屠宰及其它廠房地坪沖洗、燙毛、剖解、副食加工、洗油等工序所產(chǎn)生的污水，

 水質(zhì)特點

1、屠宰污水一般呈紅褐色，有難聞的腥臭味,其中含有大量的血污、油脂質(zhì)、毛、肉屑、骨屑、內(nèi)臟雜物、未消化的食物、糞便等污物，固體懸浮物含量高。

2、屠宰污水有機物含量高，可生化性好其中高濃度有機質(zhì)不易降解，處理難度較大，宰污水中的營養(yǎng)物主要是氮、磷，其中氮主要以有機物或銨鹽形式存在，而磷主要以磷酸鹽的形式存在。

  工藝流程

  來自屠宰場的污水經(jīng)格柵（網(wǎng)）去除污水中的毛、皮、浮渣和大顆粒懸浮物后自流入隔油池，去除大部分油脂和泥砂后進入調(diào)節(jié)池，經(jīng)調(diào)節(jié)池調(diào)節(jié)水質(zhì)水量后，并保證后續(xù)處理設(shè)施的正常運行。經(jīng)過調(diào)節(jié)池的水經(jīng)泵提升至平流式氣浮沉淀一體機。先期去除水中懸浮物（ss），去除率達90%以上，出水進入一體化污水處理設(shè)備，一體化污水處理設(shè)備由（水解酸化池、二級接觸氧化池、沉淀池組成），污水在水解酸化池

進行酸化處理，通過厭氧菌將大分子有機物轉(zhuǎn)化成低分子有機物；經(jīng)水解酸化池流入接觸氧化池進行生化反應(yīng)后再進入沉淀池，出水經(jīng)過濾消毒達標排放

The water quality characteristics

Process flow
