日常維護
1、 電池應該經常補添蒸餾水（純水）。
2、 長期不使用電動叉車應該將蓄電池充滿電擱置。并保持相隔1~2個月左右的頻率進行充電。
3、 在多班作業時，電機驅動的倉儲叉車需要有備用電池(連續工作的情況下，電池電量消耗的快，對電池的損耗也比較大)。
4、 電瓶充電時，必須將充電回路與斬波器完全脫離，因為除了影響充電機充電外，充電機產生的過電壓也會損害斬波器。
5、 電池不要橫放。因為，電池的內部一般是22～28%的稀硫酸。電池正放的時候電解液可以淹沒極板并且還剩下一點空間如果把電池橫放的話會有一部分電極板暴露在空氣中，這對電池的極板非常不利，而且一般的電池的觀察孔或者電池的頂部都有排氣口與外界相通，所以電池橫放電解液很容易流出。
6、選擇智能型分階段的充電器，防止過充導致失水。
7、選擇高效率的電動輪轂系統，減少工作電流。
8、勤充電或保持合理的充電頻率，有計劃充電。如一天一充或二天一充。
9、防止虧電存放，虧電存放對電池最有害。

注意事項
蓄電池在充放電過程中，電解液中的水會因為電解和蒸發而逐漸減少，導致電解液面下降。如果不及時補充的話，有可能縮短蓄電池的使用壽命，應及時補充蒸餾水。切忌用飲用純凈水代替，因為純凈水中含有多種微量元素，對蓄電池會造成不良影響。
給蓄電池添加電解液或水時要注意，電解液高過極板10至15毫米即可；有兩條紅線的蓄電池，電解液不得超過上紅線。電解液太滿會從蓄電池蓋小孔中溢出。一旦流到蓄電池正、負兩極之間，就會形成回路自放電。遇此情況就應將電解液擦掉，或用開水沖洗擦凈。
加電解液時若有東西不慎掉入，千萬不能用金屬物去[2] 撈，應用木棒夾出雜質；如用鐵絲或銅絲去撈，金屬分子會在硫酸的腐蝕下進入蓄電池形成自放電而損壞蓄電池。
車輛停止運行若超過20天，應當拆卸電池的負極電線，以免發生漏電事故。

And if something inadvertently fall into the electrolyte, do not use metal to make [2] application, stick out impurities; such as wire or copper wire Qulao, metal elements in sulfuric acid corrosion into the battery self discharge and damage to the battery.
If the vehicle is stopped running for more than 20 days, the negative wire of the battery shall be removed so as to avoid leakage accident.
