某制藥廠廢水主要是生產(chǎn)青霉素所產(chǎn)生的高濃度有機(jī)廢水
該類廢水的主要特點是有機(jī)物濃度高,成分復(fù)雜含有石油類、胺類、酸類、破乳劑等污染物。除此之外水中含有難以解釋的大分子苯環(huán)物質(zhì)和濃度很高的SO2﹣4及其鹽類,這些物質(zhì)將嚴(yán)重抑制微生物對水中有機(jī)物的生物降解。因此,正確選用合適該類廢水處理工藝是處理成功與否的關(guān)鍵。

二 處理工藝流程及說明
調(diào)節(jié)池主要用于調(diào)節(jié)來水的水量和水質(zhì)的不均勻性。調(diào)節(jié)時間按8h設(shè)計
反應(yīng)池采用6格穿孔旋流反應(yīng)形式,孔口流速由1.0m/s逐格遞減至0.15m/s。反應(yīng)時間20min左右。
采用斜板沉淀池。斜板間距80mm,表面水力負(fù)荷2.1m3/(㎡?h).
水解酸化工藝主要用來使難易降解的苯環(huán)物質(zhì)、大分子有機(jī)物開環(huán)斷鏈,變?yōu)橐子谏锝到獾男》肿游镔|(zhì),對改善廢水的可生化性,有利于后續(xù)好氧生物降解。
本工程設(shè)計水解酸化時間為15h,池內(nèi)設(shè)置彈性填料和水下曝氣裝置。

The hydrolysis time of this engineering design is 15h, with elastic packing and underwater aeration device in the tank.
在SBR反應(yīng)池進(jìn)水端部設(shè)置生物選擇器(又稱與反應(yīng)區(qū)),使回流的活性污泥和原水中的有機(jī)物在此處達(dá)到充分混合和吸附,使回流的大量微生物得以淘劣選優(yōu)、培養(yǎng)和馴化,誘導(dǎo)出活性很強(qiáng)的微生物群體,并能抑制絲狀菌的生長和繁殖,對后續(xù)好氧反應(yīng)控制污泥膨脹具有重要作用。改反應(yīng)過程一般45min~60min即可完成。

本工程設(shè)置3座SBR反應(yīng)池,每池運(yùn)行周期12h。其中充水期4h,反應(yīng)期8h(其中包括充水期3.5h),沉淀期1.5h,排水期1.5h,閑置期0.5h,MLSS為3500mg/L.

本工程污泥分為化學(xué)污泥和剩余活性污泥兩部分。前者經(jīng)初沉淀池排出,直接進(jìn)入污泥脫水系統(tǒng);后者在每座SBR池里內(nèi)置1個8m×5m×8m的濃縮池,濃縮后的污泥經(jīng)提升泵回流至生物選擇器和水解酸化池,剩余污泥與化學(xué)污泥一起儲存于污泥池內(nèi),進(jìn)行脫水外運(yùn)。污泥脫水設(shè)置5臺帶式壓榨過濾機(jī),帶寬2m.

工程運(yùn)行效果
通過三個多月的效果和監(jiān)測,處理效果顯著,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定。其中在混合沉淀工藝中實際COD去除率為40%~50%,BOD5去除率為30%~50%。SS去除率為60%~70%;在水解酸化工藝中,COD去除率為25%~35%,BOD5去除率為20%~25%.
Engineering operation effect
