聚氨酯建筑密封膏屬雙組份反應(yīng)固化型，有A、B兩組份組成。A組分為乳白色或淺黃色粘稠狀聚氨酯預聚體，B組分為固化劑與助劑等混合脫水而成的黑色膏狀體或液體，固化后具有一定的彈性及粘結(jié)性，（A組份：B組份=10：0.8～1.2）。

該產(chǎn)品使用于土木建筑業(yè)、交通運輸業(yè)、混凝土預制件等建材的連接及施工縫的填充密封。高級道路、橋梁、飛機跑道、地下管道、接頭處的連接密封以及隧道和建筑物的伸縮縫與變形縫。

注意事項
Matters needing attention
一、建筑物必須保持干燥、干凈、無油污。

二、在施工前應(yīng)先將底涂液涂于表面，待表面干燥后把縫隙的兩邊10mm處貼上50mm寬的防護膠帶，以防施工中多余的聚硫膠把構(gòu)筑物表面弄臟。

三、 把箱內(nèi)1桶白色聚硫膠（A組份）與1袋黑色固化劑（B組份）充分攪拌均勻，直到無色差為止。

四、把攪拌好的聚硫密封膠用灰刀或擠膠槍填入縫內(nèi)壓實填滿，再用≥10cm寬膩子刀把膠刮平。
