外貼式橡膠止水帶技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

外貼式橡膠止水帶是采用國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB18173.2-2006《高分子防水材料止水帶》組織生產(chǎn)的。因此可以按用戶要求生產(chǎn)各種形狀、尺寸的橡膠止水帶，另外還為不同工程、不同部位的需要備有十字型，丁字型、斜度型和內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)角型產(chǎn)品，可適用于任何設(shè)計(jì)要求。在止水帶產(chǎn)品在運(yùn)輸時(shí)，應(yīng)避免陽光直射，勿與熱源、油類及有害溶劑接觸。成品應(yīng)取直平放，勿加重壓。存放場所最好保持-10℃－+30℃，相對(duì)濕度在40%－80%。背貼式橡膠止水帶適用范圍：應(yīng)用于地下構(gòu)筑物、水壩、貯水池、游泳池、屋面以及其他建筑物質(zhì)和構(gòu)筑物的變形縫防水。 背貼式止水帶的選擇可按下列方面進(jìn)行：要考慮到所要接觸介質(zhì)（如酸、堿、鹽、油、溶劑及各種腐蝕氣體）對(duì)止水帶的腐蝕影響。當(dāng)遇有弱酸、堿類腐蝕介質(zhì)時(shí)宜選用氯丁橡膠止水帶。遇有油類腐蝕介質(zhì)時(shí)宜選用橡膠止水帶。如果當(dāng)遇有霉菌侵蝕的可能時(shí)，應(yīng)考慮橡膠止水帶的防霉性，其等級(jí)應(yīng)達(dá)到2級(jí)及2級(jí)以上。對(duì)于止水帶材質(zhì)的選擇應(yīng)考慮到使用條件，如溫度的影響、紫外線及臭氧老化、多次重復(fù)變形等因素。在低溫的情況下，宜選用三元乙丙橡膠止水帶。
