16MnCr5是從德國引進(jìn)的鋼種，相當(dāng)于我國16CrMnH鋼(參照GB/T 5216-2004)，有較好的淬透性和切削性，對較大截面零件，熱處理后能得到較高表面硬度和耐磨性，低溫沖擊韌度也較高。16MnCr5齒輪鋼經(jīng)滲碳淬火后使用，主要用于制造齒輪、蝸桿、密封軸套等零部件。

用途：制造齒輪、蝸桿、塑料模具、汽輪機(jī)油封和汽油套等。

鋼坯回跌20，漲價又是一日游？

在連續(xù)四個交易日強(qiáng)勢反彈后，今日市場短暫震蕩修正，大盤在3300點(diǎn)之下小幅震蕩。與之相比，中小創(chuàng)的沖鋒勢頭也有所放緩。從目前來看，連續(xù)大漲之后，市場有震蕩歇腳的需要，短期料將震蕩整固。截至收盤，上證綜指報收3293.23點(diǎn)，上漲5.57點(diǎn)，漲幅為0.17%；深證成指報收11042.13點(diǎn)，上漲80.77點(diǎn)，漲幅為0.74%；滬深兩市成交額為7663.61億元。

期貨方面，螺紋1601周二小幅下跌，開盤1848，盤中空頭增倉打壓，期價承壓走低，最低1820，終盤報收1838元/噸，比昨結(jié)跌16跌幅0.86%，日增倉7.98萬余手。短期內(nèi)螺紋鋼仍延續(xù)震蕩態(tài)勢。鐵礦I1601合約也小幅下跌，開盤379.5，盤中空頭積極增倉打壓，拋壓增大、部分空頭減倉，做多資金支撐力度小幅增加，多空分歧加大，終盤報收376.5元/噸，跌6.5元/噸比昨結(jié)跌1.7%，日增倉4.72余萬手，短期弱勢震蕩調(diào)整。

鋼市現(xiàn)貨方面，今日國內(nèi)建材價格仍持穩(wěn)為主，主導(dǎo)城市北京、上海仍維穩(wěn)盤整，部分地區(qū)小幅上漲，合肥、福州、南寧、廣州、長沙、武漢、鄭州、天津、太原、重慶、成都、柳州、桂林及烏魯木齊市場價格上漲10-30元/噸，上漲城市有所增多，杭州及昆明市場價格下跌20-50元/噸。周末鋼坯拉漲，帶動現(xiàn)貨市場情緒，下游采購量有所增多報價跟漲，帶動昨日部分地區(qū)小幅上漲，今日跟進(jìn)上漲的城市增多，全國61個主要城市螺紋鋼價格，上漲城市12個，占比20%；下跌城市4個，占比7%；持平城市45個，占比73%。但漲后均出現(xiàn)需求跟進(jìn)乏力的現(xiàn)象，成交回歸弱勢，市價繼續(xù)上調(diào)動能不足，回穩(wěn)觀望者多。

鋼坯方面，受唐山本地成品材成交偏弱影響，鋼坯成交量也出現(xiàn)下滑，午后方坯下跌20，報1660元/噸。現(xiàn)貨市場的需求又一次上演了一日游，鋼價似乎又要回落到弱勢盤整的軌道。不過鋼價也并非就要立即轉(zhuǎn)入下跌，由于當(dāng)前鋼價過低，使得廠家虧損增多，以及資金鏈緊張，高爐停產(chǎn)，軋線檢修日漸增多，且鋼廠也出現(xiàn)新的檢修潮，唐山鋼坯市場高爐停產(chǎn)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大，鑫達(dá)六座停產(chǎn)兩座，興隆停產(chǎn)三座，榮信停產(chǎn)一座。另據(jù)報導(dǎo)，前日(10月11)14時30分左右，唐山國豐鋼鐵有限公司第一煉鐵廠輔助車間1名工人在對油箱進(jìn)行焊接作業(yè)時爆炸起火，將其燒傷，經(jīng)送醫(yī)院搶救無效死亡，近期唐山鋼廠或有整頓，對生產(chǎn)作業(yè)有小幅影響，短期能起到一定支撐作用，近期鋼價仍將維穩(wěn)盤整。

消息面上，據(jù)海關(guān)快報，中國9月鐵礦砂及其精礦進(jìn)口8612萬噸，8月為7412萬噸，環(huán)比增15.62%；中國9月進(jìn)口鋼材101萬噸，8月為102萬噸，環(huán)比減0.98%；中國9月出口鋼材1125萬噸，8月為973萬噸，環(huán)比增16.19%，當(dāng)月出口均價為504.7美元/噸，為2004年2月以來新低，同比下跌31.7%，環(huán)比下跌4.8%。鋼材單月出口數(shù)量創(chuàng)下歷史新高。1-8月我國累計(jì)出口鋼材8311萬噸，同比增長27.2%；1-9月我國累計(jì)進(jìn)口鋼材973萬噸，同比下降11.6%；1-9月我國累計(jì)進(jìn)口鐵礦石69905萬噸，較去年同期持平；9月鐵礦石進(jìn)口均價59.59美元/噸，環(huán)比下降2.65%。鋼材出口量繼續(xù)創(chuàng)新高，也證明了國內(nèi)鋼鐵產(chǎn)能過剩嚴(yán)重，鋼廠不得不向海外謀求更多出路。而鐵礦石進(jìn)口繼續(xù)大增，也證明國內(nèi)鋼廠高爐開工率不減，即時頂著虧損，也不愿意率先減產(chǎn)停爐。但隨著供需矛盾日益嚴(yán)重，鋼價將繼續(xù)下跌，市場或?qū)⒌贡撇糠咒搹S停產(chǎn)，從而真正實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼鐵業(yè)去產(chǎn)能。
