特性及適用范圍：淬透性和高溫強(qiáng)度都優(yōu)于34CrMo鋼，采用水－油淬火熱處理，能提高沖擊值。 550℃時(shí)的蠕變強(qiáng)度和持久強(qiáng)度均超過34CrMo，但經(jīng) 5000h時(shí)效后，力學(xué)性能急劇下降。用作工作溫度 500～520 ℃以下的轉(zhuǎn)子、葉輪、發(fā)電機(jī)環(huán)鍛件及其他高應(yīng)力下工作的重要零件及齒輪等。

【應(yīng)用舉例】
這種鋼經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)后使用，在重型或中型機(jī)械制造業(yè)中，用來制造在高應(yīng)力下工作的重要零件，如長期在 500～520℃下工作的汽輪機(jī)葉輪、高級渦輪鼓風(fēng)機(jī)和壓縮機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子、蓋盤、軸盤、效率不大的發(fā)電機(jī)軸以及強(qiáng)力發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的零件等。
