安裝維護Installation and maintenance：
1、現場安裝必須按照國家防爆危險場所“電氣安全規程”中有關規定進行。
2、電磁閥內外接地，必須牢固可靠。
3、電磁閥引出電纜導線為三根，其中一根為接地線，另二根為工作導線。
4、電磁閥安裝前應將管路內部清洗干凈。
5、電磁閥有雜質時，進口端前必須安裝密度0.5mm的過濾器。
6、安裝電磁閥時注意閥體上箭頭要求與介質流向一致。
7、電磁閥應垂直安裝，線圈在上。
8、電磁閥維修時應斷電后開蓋，非電器人員不得拆卸電磁閥電氣部件。

1、腐蝕性流體：宜選用耐腐蝕電磁閥和全不銹鋼；食用超凈流體：宜選用食品級不銹鋼材質電磁閥。
2、高溫流體：要選擇采用耐高溫的電工材料和密封材料制造的電磁閥，而且要選擇活塞式結構類型的。
3、流體狀態：大至有氣態，液態或混合狀態，特別是口徑大于DN25訂貨時一定要區分開來。
4、流體粘度：通常在50cSt以下可任意選擇，若超過此值，則要選用高粘度電磁閥。
電磁閥是用電磁閥的效應進行控制，主要的控制方式由繼電器控制。這樣電磁閥可以配合不同電路來實現預期的控制，
