一、概述:
I.General
CDHD是應用高頻 PWM 脈寬調制技術,以 IGBT、場效應功率管和脈寬調制集成控制器為主要部件而構成的開關電源式多功能充電電源。它省去了笨重又有噪音的工頻變壓器,使得整機重量只有可控硅充電電源的四分之一,3KW的CDHD充電電源整機重量8公斤。另外電源還提供有多個功能模塊選配,整機采用智能冷卻,即使在最高溫的機艙內也能保證電源可靠工作。CDHD系列電源滿足中國船級社的各種規范規則,符合船用電氣及規范的基本標準。
CDHD applies Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology, beingmultiple-function switching charging power supply with IGBT, MOSFET and PWMintegrated controller as main parts. Heavy power frequency transformer withnoise is not used, which makes the weight of the whole set be 1/4 of siliconcontrolled charger. The whole set of 3KW CDHD charging power supply weighs 8 kilograms.The power supply also provides several function modules for matching. The wholeset adopts smart cooling process, therefore the power supply could workreliably in engine room with the highest temperature. CDHD series power supplymeets all the specifications and rules of China Classification Society andbasic standards of marine electric standards.

本充電電源為三階段自動充電電源(恒流均衡充電-恒壓均衡充 電-浮充電)如下圖所示。對電瓶充電的全過程是先進入均衡 充電,自動完成先恒流,后恒壓,待電流降到接近零時均衡充 電完成,令其(手動或自動)轉入“浮充”,以涓流維持電瓶在 滿充狀態。其充電詳細過程如下:
Three stages of the automatic chargingpower supply are constant-current equalizing charge, constant-voltageequalizing charge and floating charge as shown in the following figure. Thewhole process of battery charge is to enter the mode of equalizing charge firstand automatically finishes the constant-current and then constant-voltagecharge. The equalizing charge is finished when the current is near zero, andthe mode should be transferred into “Floating charge” (manually orautomatically). The trickle maintains the status of full charge. The detailedprocess of charge is as follows:
以24V鉛酸蓄電池為例,過程是:接好電池,開啟后,充電電源軟啟動,電壓從21.6V(電池放電下限值)開始上升,充電電流逐步增大到額定恒流值,充電電源進入恒流充電過程,此后充電電壓逐漸升至28.2V(均充電壓值),此恒流充電過程一般情況下約需1~2小時;然后,充電電源進入均衡充電過程,在此過程中,充電電流逐漸緩慢下降,電源退出恒流工作,此時電源電壓不變,進入到恒壓均衡充電狀態,此充電過程約需4~6小時,隨著電流的進一步減小到額定電流的十分之一時,電源自動判斷為電池已充好,電源自動轉為浮充階段,即輸出電壓將為26.4V,充電電流則進一步減小甚至為零,在沒有外部變化情況下,此后電源一直維持這種狀態,補充電池的自耗電。采用這種充電方式能夠較快、均衡的對電池組進行充電,充滿后充電電源能自動轉換到浮充,維持電池正常電壓避免出現電池過充,從而實現無人值守充電工作方式。
Take the 24V lead acid battery asan example: the process is that when the batteries are connected and turned on,soft starting of the charging power supply is finished; voltage rises from21.6V (lower limit of battery discharge); current increase steadily to ratedvalue of constant current; charging power supply enters into process ofconstant-current charge; the charge voltage gradually rises to 28.2V (averagevoltage charge voltage), and the constant current charge usually lasts for 1-2hours. Then the charging power supply enters the process of equalizing charge,and in the process the current gradually falls; the constant-current work ofpower supply ends. The power supply keeps being unchanged, and enters into thestatus of constant-voltage equalizing charge; the process lasts for 4-6 hours;as the current further falls to be 1/10 of the rated current value, the batteryis automatically regarded as fully charged, and the power supply enters thestage of floating charge, i.e. the output voltage will be 26.4V and the chargecurrent further falls to zero; then the power supply keeps the status to supplythe self-consumption. The manners enable fast and equalizing charge of battery,and the charging power supply automatically switches into status of floatingcharge to maintain the usual voltage of battery and avoid overcharging, thusthe method of charge without people’s supervision is realized.
