Reset Relief Valves
These reset release valves were designed mainly for drill mud use, but will also work well with any gas and liquid. These valves were built to provide reliable and accurate protection from extreme pressures. Valve can be opened at any time by pressing the release button. Turning a nut changes the pressure rating. Available in many sizes and flanged version. We offer 2" Type B, and 3" Type B and Type C models.

The OTECO model RRV manual reset relief valve protects slush pumps and mud manifolds while guaranteeing greater safety in operation. The Model RRV relief valve automatically snaps to a full open position when the predetermined pressure is exceeded or can be manually opened by simply pressing the manual release button. The position of the release button indicates at a glance whether the valve is open or closed. The model RRV is designed with a pressure setting indicator (available in metric units) which can be adjusted to any setting within the operating range by simply turning a nut on the top of the valve.

Titan Class "C" and "CH" Relief Valves feature an innovative seal design, DNV Certified, rugged nickle alloy 718 body insert, hydraulically cushioned and balanced piston, set pressures from 400 psi to 6200 psi, standard and Nace MR-0175 service type, -20° to 225° temperature rating, 148 CV flow area, flanged end connection with or without butt weld prep ISO 9001:2000, 3" SCH XXH Butt Weld, 602, 1002, or 1502 union connections. The bonnet and top-loaded piston and seals can be removed while body is in line. API, ANSI Flange and Custom End Connection are available upon request.
Titan Class 3-inch "B"

The Titan Class 3-inch "B" Reset Relief Valve features a rugged nickle alloy 718 body insert, innovative seal design, DNV Certified, set pressures from 400 psi to 5000 psi, standard and Nace MR-0175 service type, -20° to 250° temperature rating, 148 CV flow area, threaded end ISO 9001:2000. When the set pressure is achieved, the valve automatically snaps to a full open position. The bonnet and top-loaded piston and seals can be removed while body is in line. API, ANSI Flange and Custom End Connection are available upon request.

Titan Class "RX" Reset Relief Valves feature a hydraulically cushioned and balanced piston, rugged nickle alloy 718 body insert, innovative seal design, DNV Certified, set pressures from 200 psi to 8000 psi, standard and Nace MR-0175 service type, -20° to 225° temperature rating, 148 CV flow area, flanged end connection with 1502 or butt weld prep ISO 9001:2000 and ABS Type approved, 3-1/2" XXH Butt Weld, or 3" 1502 union connections. The bonnet and top-loaded piston and seals can be removed while body is in line. API, ANSI Flange and Custom End Connection are available upon request.
Titan Class "BX"
Automatic Reset Relief Valves
The Titan Class "BX" Reset Relief Valve is the ONLY fully automatic reset relief valve on the market today. When the pump exceed the set pressure, the valve will fully open via an electronic system. After a preset time delay is reached, the valve will automatically close using instrument air pressure. No need for manual reset. This valve features set pressures from 0 - 10,000 psi, standard and Nace MR-0175 service type, -22° to 200° valve temperature rating, 32° to 104° control panel temperature rating, API studded connections, flanged end connection with 1502 or butt weld prep ISO 9001:2000 and ABS Type approved, 3-1/2" XXH Butt Weld, or 3" 1502 union connections.

The OTECO Model PRV Relief Valve helps ensure protection for slush pumps, manifolds, and other expensive components used in drilling operations. The model PRV relief valve utilizes shear pins to relieve overpressure during drilling and other operations. Hardened stainless steel stems and stainless steel liner subs provide improved corrosion resistance resulting in higher reliability and longer valve life. And with the OTECO model PRV pressure relief valve replacing shear pins is fast and easy because of its easily removed safety cover. The OTECO PRV is available in 2 in. low, standard, and high pressure, as well as 3 in. high pressure models.

Butterfly Valves
Butterfly valves are available in sizes ranging from 2" to 24" and can handle 175 psi working pressures. Body styles come in Lug, Notched and Wafer types. Stem extensions, long and short neck models are available. Due to a low profile disc design, these butterfly valves provide superior flow regardless of style or size.
Inside BOP Valves
Protect your pumps, swive, standpipe, and from drill-string kicks with the inside B.O.P valve. Use the inside BOP valve anytime well kicks are expected, like when drilling through transitional zones. It is designed to be run thru most BOP stacks as an integral string part. The top vent allows fluids to partially flow by allowing safer and faster emergency stabbing.
