Metal Seat Knife Gate Valves

Solid one piece cast body in corrosion resistant stainless steel.

Compact wafer configuration to Tappi standard face to face.

Gate and seat are machined and fitted to provide shut off in one direction.

Bonnetless, outside screw and yoke, non-rising handwheel, rising stem.

Available in sizes from 2" to 24" diameter.

150 PSI working pressure.

Flanges match ANSI B16.5-150 lbs. standard with all tapped holes, serrated gasket faces.

Designed to handle dense mixtures of stock and slurries. The shearing action of the knife gate cuts through solids and cleans the seat as it closes.

Smooth flow--non-clogging FULL PORT design.

Meets Tappi standard TIS 405-8 for stainless steel bonnetless, flanged, wafer knife gate valves.

Factory installed V-seat inserts available for metering or throttling service.

L-Series Knife Gate Valves

Available in metal seat (Fig 76) and resilient seat (Fig 77).

HEAVY DUTY cast ductile iron body, packing gland and yoke.

O-Ring resilient seat available on Fig 76.

Sizes include 14", 16", 18", 20" and 24".

TFE lubricated synthetic packing rated for 400 F with a PH range of 3-11.

Designed and tested to MSS-SP-81 dimensions and specifications.

Heavy duty Lug body design to resist deflection from line loads and internal pressure. ANSI B16.5-150 drilled & tapped lugs.

Fabricated STAINLESS STEEL LINER.
